No air conditioning but have heater, it's ok for autumn and winter, there is cafe with bagels that's tasty

good location and nice room, while noise insulation requires improvement (e.g sound created when other residents close their doors)

Guest laundry room is good, front desk is helpful. Supermarket is walking distance. Enough parking spacea.

This hotel is very good, clean and comfy. I love their bed. It's so soft and comfortable. It's located in the good location. If you don't mind hearing the noises of cars and sirens.

Overall a comfortable one night stay with polite staff at reception. Only minor point would be the rather dated furniture.

I forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room, which is a pity. When I first saw the pictures, I thought the hotel was very bad, but when I got there, I found it was still very clean and tidy, although it was not very new. The Chinese-speaking sister at the front desk was very nice and reminded us to park our car in the parking lot, otherwise we almost got a ticket at the supermarket next door. After checking out, a large box of eggs was missing, and they returned it to us when we went back. I am very grateful 😀

The second floor corridor door is very bad. Whenever someone goes in and out, it makes a loud noise, which makes me sleep badly all night. The hotel's own parking space also charges 15 New Zealand dollars. I didn't pay attention when I checked in at night. When I opened the balcony at dawn the next day, I found that the flag hung by the hotel was very unique! Anyway, I checked out immediately at dawn and will not stay here again.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Although they were old, they were kept clean. The room was large and spacious. The counter staff is very friendly and has a good service attitude. There is a lady who speaks Chinese. The location is very good, close to various attractions and restaurants in the station, and there are 2 large supermarkets nearby for shopping. The only drawback is that our sound insulation is not good, you can clearly hear the sounds from inside and outside, but the overall stay is comfortable and can be recommended.
