Comfortable bed. Spacious room. The only problem is hot water suddenly out of order after shampooing. OMG..It is winter and the water is cold.

This hotel is very handy to central Dunedin. The unit was warm when we used 2 lots of heating sources. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great little kitchenette. Bathroom was OK, no ventilation system to extract moisture, so just had to keep windows open. (A tad chilly) My only minus was how much street noise and student noise we heard every night. Hard to get to sleep. However this is not a fault of the hotel.

It feels like a family hotel run by an old grandfather. The family rooms are all loft-style, very convenient and easy to use. The rooms are also relatively large. The main thing is that it is cost-effective. They also provide milk. The only thing is that the facilities are a bit old, but it does not affect the use. I am very satisfied

The room is spacious, the kitchen facilities are complete, the water temperature in the shower room is not hot, overall it is okay, the main thing is that I can cook by myself. It is more suitable for family travel and is recommended for self-driving tours.

This motel is small but exquisite, but the room is not small. The three of us adults also stayed in a loft, which has a kitchen, private bathroom, and free parking! In short, it's super awesome 👍🌹☕️🍀

The location is close to the center of Dunedin, close to the University of Otago and the First Church. The room is large, clean, equipped with bathroom and kitchen, and free parking in the courtyard. Facilities: Not very new Hygiene: very good Good environment good service
