Nicole’s customer service is top notch. She went to bat for us when we had a reservation glitch - it all worked out in the end. Clean and comfy hotel.

Nice & clean room, good location

The location is close to the main street and you can walk to the main attractions, but the city has ups and downs and it can be a bit tiring to walk. The one-bedroom apartment has a living room and a kitchen, which is very convenient with a full set of kitchen utensils and tableware. The University of Otago is very beautiful. If you are interested, you can visit the School of Art. It is so beautiful!

There is a microwave and refrigerator. It is very convenient to cook something by yourself after going to the supermarket to buy something. The hot water is also very good, and it is very comfortable to take a shower after a day of playing. The parking space is one for each guest, and there is a charge for additional vehicles. When I left earlier, they hadn't gone to work yet, so I just put the key card in the box at their door.

The hotel is on a hillside, suitable for self-driving. You can buy ingredients from the nearby supermarket. There is a small kitchen, but the pots and pans should be replaced (too old) There is an electric blanket on the bed, which is better. Be sure to clean up the kitchen and put everything in its place before leaving.

Great value for money. I got the "deal of the day" which was a studio unit which from the outside looked like a door into a hallway but once inside it was quite spacious. Very close to restaurants, etc. with good off-street parking. I would stay here again.

We stayed in a Studio Unit as we were self-catering on our NZ road trip. The crockery/cutlery and glassware was good quality. The layout of Room 208 was exactly as it appeared on the website. The room was very clean, had lovely furnishings and a modern bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It had good lighting with bedside lamps, a lamp on a stand with reading light attached and also downlights. A good size TV could be watched from the bed. A short walk to the Octagon, restaurants, Speights brewery and other attractions. Parking was available free on-site. Negatives : we had to struggle up the stairs with luggage. Tip, request ground floor. Would definitely recommend based on our stay, the location and the price.

Stayed 2 nights here as somewhere different to spread our money around other places in a tight economy. Prices were very competitive, handy location to main centre. The room was very clean with plenty of room to swing the cat around. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful motel. Walking distance to town, handy to the Speights ale house. The rooms was very clean, almost brand new. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Wifi. Tv kitchenette and free parking. What a perfect place to stay. And reasonably priced

Its in a good location, so easy to walk around town. Parking is good. The place was very clean. Unfortunately the bed was a queen and had seen better days. Quite uncomfortable if we're honest. We'd booked an extra large bed, which we expected to be a king size or two singles joined together. Probably should have asked for an upgrade in hindsight. Room was okay, the duvet was nice and warm, and the room temperature good. It was a bit noisy due to the road outside and some people noise, but that's not the properties fault. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was fantastic, but the shower was pretty lame. Overall it was just above average. We're probably just disappointed because we'd paid similar money somewhere else and this it was not nearly as good.

Great location, short walk through to The Octagan for dining and a spot of shopping. Our unit was on the top floor facing the street, but was still quiet at night. Very clean and tidy, everything looked basically like new. Kitchenette was basic, but catered for morning cuppa and toast which was all we needed. Free onsite parking was easy to get in and out of unlike some places where this is quite tight. Staff were friendly and helpful when we realised my hubby left his phone and sunnies behind after we'd handed back the keys!

我們發現這個房子的位置很好，而且很乾凈。我們的孩子很喜歡它，並問我們明年是否還能留在那裡。床很舒服，我們訂了只有一張床的房間，但是我們有4個人，酒店提供了一個有輪子的床和一張單床，孩子們住得也很舒服。員工們也非常樂於助人和熱切地為我們提供信息。
