新開的小鎮，看介紹説是和清華大學合作的，個人覺得比防川東方第一村好，關鍵是人少清凈，園區後面有很多內容還沒開發出來，還正在招商，但是房屋和環境真的很朝鮮風情，穿上自己買的朝鮮族服裝在院子裏照相非常出片，而且不會有人跟你搶，根本沒啥人。一家一個獨棟小院，進門一個大廳，左手一個1.8米類似榻榻米的大床，右手一張巨長的大炕，感覺大炕能睡6個人，大床能睡兩個人，大床下面的大炕如果打地鋪的話感覺還能睡2個人，反正就是超出想象的大。馬桶是自動的，馬桶圈是加熱的，特別舒服，洗澡水特別好，水注特別沖特別大，洗澡水很熱，洗的特別痛快，感覺馬桶不怎麼反味道，廁所有2個，淋浴有一個，乾濕分離的，感覺整個配置都比防川東方第一村的好，還比東方第一村的價位便宜，環境還特別好，還可以在屋子裡點餐，讓餐廳送到屋裡，趕上下雨天吃飯就很方便。
