I often bring a small towel to wipe it after entering the room, but I didn't this time. The 70-inch TV in the room is also super clear. The restaurant's ability to solve problems when encountering problems is almost zero. No matter when and how many times to communicate, it is basically ineffective communication. Is the hotel restaurant worthy of the price that is nearly twice as expensive as outside? It is known that the food here is much more expensive than outside, not because the guests are fooled and don't know the prices outside, but because they pay for the environment and service of eating in the hotel. Obviously, the restaurant of Sunshine Shazhou Hotel does not deserve it.

The security guard at the door took the initiative to carry luggage after seeing it. The lady at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. She wiped her hands with towels before sending tea when she entered the hotel; it is worth mentioning that the front desk saw me alone and took the initiative to upgrade the double bed room for me. The room has a humidifier. Refrigerators and safes are particularly complete. At night, the waiter is very considerate to bring the footbath, and you can soak your feet when you return to the room. The hygiene is cleaned in time and is very clean. The heating and hot water in the rooms are very good, and the service staff are polite and patient. These are real advantages. The transportation is convenient, and you can get a taxi when you go out (the lady at the front desk will help you to call a taxi), and there is a free underground parking lot. Friends who drive are not afraid of parking inconvenience. You can eat, drink and have fun near the hotel. I have recommended it to my colleagues, and I will choose Wansheng next time I come to Dunhuang.

Amazing hotel with view on the desert ! Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Very well located, next to the crescent moon scenic area, also in front of the outdoor show and 3 mn far from the town center by car. There is a shuttle bus to go to the town center and to the airport. The staff at the front desk welcomed us very warmly, they are really nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delicious and tasty, it is located on the roof top with view on the desert. I strongly recommend you this hotel.

The room is very spacious and has floor heating. Being able to lie down and soak in a bathtub in an arid desert area is quite a luxury. The washing and care brand is from ACQUA DI PARMA (Water of Parma) / The room is decorated with pure natural cotton and linen solid wood, which has a five-star rating. For hotel experience, it is recommended to check in at noon and let the butler drive you to sightsee the scenery. The hotel has various activities such as morning classes in the morning and bonfire party in the evening. Sugar water will be provided after the afternoon activities. Breakfast and dinner are Cantonese style dishes with Northwest beef and mutton. In short, if you love Dunhuang culture, have individual pursuits and happen to have strong financial resources, this store is the best choice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it is great value for money and the room is comfortable. My only negative comment would be that as a non-smoker, the room was a bit smelly, but I left the window open for a day and it aired out nicely. Every single person working at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and convenient. They even helped me to post some souvenirs back to my house that I couldn’t fit in my suitcase. I was travelling alone and it can be a bit intimidating to travel away from major cities with my less than conversational level of Chinese, but I was made to feel so welcome and I am very grateful for the amazing hospitality. The location is fantastic, walking distance to a lot of nice places to eat and the night market. There was a cheap and decent gym within 8 minutes walking of the hotel and nowhere was too far to go by taxi. For foreigners, I recommend taking the taxi to Doujiaduncun villagers committee to take your PCR test. It’s about 5 minutes by taxi and they can help deal with PCR tests for foreigners who don’t have access to the QR code. You must go back the next day to pick up the results. The people at the testing site are also very helpful. I loved my visit to Dunhuang so much, the landscape is incredible and the people here are so nice. I will definitely come back again!

Accommodation in Dunhuang is relatively cheap in the off-season, and the service is also relatively good. The hotel is not far from Mingsha Mountain and is also relatively close to the Dunhuang Night Market. This hotel has airport pick-up service, which is very good. I booked it for one day and directly renewed it for 2 days. The hotel is clean and hygienic, so I won't say much about it. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the toilet is electric, and the breakfast is very rich and superb.

I almost cried when I checked into the Dunhuang Hotel. During the peak season, the Ganqing-Qingdao ring line, God knows what weird hotel I have stayed in before. When I went to the Dunhuang Hotel in Dunhuang, I was so touched, the service was formal, the staff were enthusiastic, the hotel was decorated with high-end, cultural heritage, many celebrities had stayed, hot water supply Adequate, good hardware facilities, close to the night market, and very busy nearby, the point is that the price of the room is also very reasonable! Friends who have walked through the Ganqing-Qingdao ring and lived in Dachaidan should understand my feelings. The sister at the front desk also helped me upgrade the Silk Road room for free, so happy. Yesterday was the most practical day for me to sleep in so many days. This is the best hotel we stayed in this trip. The service is top notch, the front desk opened door for us, took over our luggage, greeted us with big smile and hot tea. She even took our luggage to our room and showed us around. The breakfast is free and very tasty, bottled water is unlimited, which is very helpful. This hotel also host foreign passport holders. I would strongly recommend you to try this hotel if you ever decide to travel to Dunhuang.

I have travelled a lot in China the last 5 years. This is probably one of the best hotels I have been. Clean, comfortable, close to everything, very nice staff. Have everything you need in the room. They leave you presents in the room, have all the free drinking water you need, free apples, just excellent welcome feeling. They go as far as pointing the shower head to the side everytime they clean the room so you don't get wet when you turn on the shower. More expensive and luxurios hotels have a lot to learn from these guys. Just excellent.
