酒店位置不錯，環境安靜，停車方便，服務態好，除離市區有點遠外，離莫高窟景區、機場、火車站都很近，酒店隔壁就是樂動敦煌。酒店內有美食歺廳，附近也有農家樂可選。遺憾的是:窗户外佈滿爬滕植物，擋住光線也不利空氣流通；温泉酒店沒有温泉，也沒有可泡腳的桶，希望改進。

設施：老舊
衞生：一般，畢竟房間裏是地毯，看上去不是很乾凈。畢竟很舊了，衞生間很大也挺破的
服務：很有禮貌，酒店有車站機場的接站。有問必答，但其他的服務沒了。
環境：在施工，可能要翻新了。翻新後應該會比現在好很多

由於離莫高窟和演出場地近選的，硬件底子不錯，一開始幫忙升級了房型很感謝，後來就發現這個酒店最大的問題是管理和服務，諮詢前台女工作人員問題，坐着都不起身，住店含接送機服務，讓送到附近酒店説是沒送過，態度極其惡劣，感覺是甲方爸爸一樣。客房窗台一層土，不知道多久沒有擦拭過。早餐餐廳，蒼蠅滿天飛，真是太噁心了🤢
