This hotel was excellent

We were disappointed.
Shower handle didn’t want to turn and there was a clogged drain. Water was hot though.
No closet to hang my clothes. No microwave. Public one in lobby. No carts to load our luggage.
The bed linens were nice. Bed was lumpy, but ok.

I think I parked in a restaurant’s lot. Not well marked. I reserved 2 rooms. Seemed I had to check in twice, once for each room. That was a bit annoying. Called at 7:25 in the or I g and woke us to ask if there was water in the bathroom because there was a leak someplace else. So much for sleeping in. It was OK and I like Hampton Inn but I doubt I will be back to this one in Dunn, North Carolina

Dirty old worn out furniture, for the money just a complete disappointment. Next time I would just continue on to someplace else.

Poor service and poor house keeping. Upon check the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the shampoo dispenser was empty, body wash bottle was completely missing. When we returned back to room next evening we discovered that we had no maid service or clean towels or bed made. Upon telling front desk they told us they only go into rooms every other day, I guess we are supposed to wash and dry off with dirty towels and wash cloths and make our bed ourself. Not the Hilton we are use to staying with!
