The guy at the desk Marcel was awsome. He is manager material, so helpful on my trip. Especially my final day of that crazy pagent weekend when my brain just couldn't think right. I do wish that maybe there was a sale or special rate for IHG members in the breakfast restaurant downstairs. $20 per adult and $16 per child for the buffet, seems like as members maybe we can get a purk. Resturant staff was great, and food good. The room was clean. Maybe some hand sanitizer stations will be nice around. It seems like a hotel that is poplar for events. Overall still worth all 5 stars. Can't wait till next year's NAM pageant.

Kayla and Marcel provided exceptional customer service. Stayed here for National American Miss pageant with the family. The kids misplaced keys, scheduling conflict, and pure frustration. But Kayla and Marcel addressed our concerns professionally and with a smile. Customer service at its best! Beautiful accommodations!

My experience was amazing. I was in town for my nephews graduation and our stay at the crowne plaza was great. The Lightwell especially, Karrim provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.
