Hotel Rila offers a modern and functional stay experience. While its exterior may appear simple, step inside to discover a pleasantly designed interior. Though the rooms aren't overly spacious, they are well-appointed and provide a comfortable retreat. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast served is of high quality. Plus, the convenience of free parking just outside the main door is a definite plus. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Rila for a satisfying stay experience.

Bien, el personal muy agradable. El parking gratuito. La amplitud de las habitaciones. La buena ducha . La buena ubicación para visitar el Monasterio y el Parque Nacional de Rila. Pero las instalaciones, empiezan a necesitar una renovación y la comida del restaurante es mejorable

We stayed in a standard room which is renovated. It was ok. Tha staff is very polite especially the lady who works at the restaurant. We had dinner there and the food was delicious. The things I didn’t like: - the water in the swimming pool is very cold - breakfast is very basic - in the evening there wasn’t hot water in the bathroom.

Very good hotel, start with parking and protected. Staff are very friendly and they will always want to make shore you have a great stay. The restaurant has a great menu to suit all your needs. The staff again are very friendly and speak good English.

Amazing service, decent prices, staff is polite and smiling. We came unprepared and found everything we need in our room plus a great view. Spa Center is amazing compared to others i've been to. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Wanna bring a dog - no problem. Wanna have a relaxing time in the spa - no problem. Excellent service from all staff members. Good location. Available parking. Very happy with the stay we had with my better half. 11/10
