I chose the Basque Country as my destination for vacation, this hotel was my first stop for one night. We had a lovely stay, nice staff, a large comfortable and clean room. We had a silent night sleep, and a great breakfast. Also, the hotel is very well located, in town, which is worth to walk through. I absolutely recommend the hotel, and I would stay there again, if I ever go back to Durango.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, would thoroughly recommend. The pros - amazing, efficient and friendly service from all staff at all times. The bar is great - really smart. The parking is a definite plus. Good WiFi too. Just very slight downsides - the hotel is a little tired and could do with some updating, and the breakfast is adequate but not luxury.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, el personal muy atento y amables todos, las habitaciones super amplias muy espaciosas, todo el mobiliario justo pero lo necesario, el cuarto de baño muy amplio y el detalle de cambiar los vasos todos los días esta muy bien a parte de poner cepillo de dientes igual diario. El restaurante es amplio con varios salones, el desayuno está genial no buffet pero suficiente. Tiene una zona ajardinada muy bonita para celebraciones o tomar copas, tiene parking propio. Muy recomendable.
