We have just had a wonderful relaxing stay at Beach View. Our villa was spacious and very clean. It had a well stocked kitchen and lovely fresh decor. The staff are super helpful and organised our airport transfers, Car hire and groceries with efficiency making everything so easy for our stay. The pool areas and gardens were relaxing and super clean. It’s also ideally locate to restaurants and the beach. Even if you don’t have a car the bus stop is right outside and frequent. If you want to come to a hotel that values its guests then this is the place for you. I loved that the owner and his family said good morning/afternoon as you passed by and spoke to asked how our holiday was going. It really is a special place to stay.

This property is beautiful and located in a very convenient neighborhood, close to restaurants and across the road from a beach. The bus passes on the main road just outside the reception building for way and cheap transportation. We loved everything about the accommodation.

Absolutely loved our stay at Beach View. The room was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and spacious. We stayed in the two bedroom luxury suite and had lovely views of the pool. The pools were large and clean and never too busy. We hired a car to explore the island which was really useful, although buses are plentiful. The hotel is well positioned for going up and down the west coast. Some restaurants (Karibu, Roti Den, QP Bistro) are walkable. We actually never went to Payne's Beach (opposite) but went to others such as Mullins, Gibbes, Sandy Lane, Batt's Rock and Folkestone Marine Park. We visited places such as Speightstown, Holetown, Animal Flower Cave, Bathsheba, Welchman Hall Gully and Hunte's Gardens. We packed a lot into one week but never felt rushed or hurried. We didn't eat at the on-site restaurant but we had drinks there and the food looked good. You can hear the road but it isn't too bad and we couldn't hear it at night with the windows closed. We could though hear the "music" from QP Bistro opposite if we sat on the balcony at night which was a bit of a shame as it was loud (and not great!). Other than that we couldn't fault our stay and we will be back.

This was my third time staying at this west coast property. The owner and staff are welcoming and efficient. They understand that visitors want to enjoy their time with minimal distractions and problems. The on-property Sugar Apple Restaurant and Bar is a nice place to enjoy something to eat or a refreshing beverage. There is easy access to public busses and the beach as well as several restaurants (QP Bistro and The Cliff are directly across the street). Definitely one of my favorite places to stay on the island.

Our stay at Beach View was absolutely WONDERFUL. We had the most amazing view from our balcony. The apartment was spacious and immaculate. It felt like home away from home. We had everything that we needed. All that being said, what stands out most is the wonderful customer service we received. The owners and staff at Beach View go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Things we especially appreciated and enjoyed: the beautiful grounds - the welcome package (we loved the Rum Punch) - being able to hire a car and purchase SIM cards right on the premises - the great location. We're looking forward to our next visit.
