K Gallery Hotel

Dear K Gallery , I as a customer hotel said thank you for receptionist or front officer in loby area for they hospitality but not for your "room division manager" SO RUDE !!! Really , omg , i've never been feel like that , your service is very bad & not unfreindly !! I booked villa by whastapp , at 1st time i said for 15 people and they text me back NOTHING about how many people i bought ! They just told bout rate villa & i choose 3 bedrooms . I call them n talk bout promo they said they gave me 6 breakfast and i asked facilities likes paintball . When i arrived there while they clean the villa , i asked the receptionist , i asked PERMISSION can i have lunch in there loby , and she said no problem !!! While we EATING , i dont know 'THE MANAGER' speak to my SPV and start looking "BLAME " us , the point is we must take extra bed cz they villa just for 6 PEOPLE!! I THINK ONLY JUST CZ WE EAT IN THE LOBBY !! CZ WHEN I CHECKED IN THE RECEPTIONIST THEY NOT TOLD BOUT THAT . HEY I'VE TEXTING BOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE & WHEN WE TALK BY PHONE WHY IF K GALLERY BE DIFFERENT W/ ANY VILLA HOTEL LIKE JAMBULUWUK , HARISS VILLA MALANG , VILLA AMARTA HILLS , ETC . . . WHY U NOT EXPLAINED AT THE FIRST TIME ??!! ITS NOT BOUT MONEY , ITS MORE BOUT CLEAR IN THE BEGINNING NOT IN THE END . However , we're 11 people plus 3 extra bed and we didn't play paintball , we're not enjoyed it at all . Seriously . . . I hope , your hotel service is more good , friendly and that the future is not the same thing happen.

the hotel is very good, clean, the view is really beautiful, there are 3 mountains plus Mount Arjuno. the room is spacious above standard. I enjoyed staying here, a recommendation for others who want to relax.

It was one of the most amazing experiences I ever had. This hotel offers so many facilities for families. The room is really spacious. The staff is also very capable and professional. If there is one thing I can suggest, it is to pay more attention to the equipment in the swimming pool area, such as providing liquid soap in the rinse area.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, there're many kind activities for kids (riding horse, fishing, archery, paintball, mini playground, feeding rabbit and fish), spacious room, nice bathroom, spacious wardrobe

The room is great, the restaurant and the food is good, the hotel activity is various, the staff is a well-mannered but not so responsive when we ask for such a thing like massage availibility or ask for cuttlery (spoon). The pool i think it's not adult friendly, only kids friendly cause it's not the big and shallow one.

Best place for family time with 2 kids. We'll be come back again. Very recommended, a lot of kids / adult activity. The taste of food is good. Room is so so so big. I love it. Fast check in and check out.

Beautiful and spacious landscape outdoor. Simply love the natural vibes around the hotel. A lot of fun activities for children. Super spacious room with a dedicated working space! Good cuppa and delicious pizza at the Prego Resto.
