Food quality was really very good. Room was also good as per the price paid but i got room at a floor where lift service was unavailable. Staff and their behaviour was nice and polite. Swimming pool needs to be cleaned.

First you got a below average room with continuous cigarette smell. When we informed the receptionist about the same, he said it’s normal in their hotel. The most they can help is to give us a air freshner. Washrooms were dirty. Cracks on wall. We decided to upgrade and paid. Then at the time of checkout they kept us waiting for around 10-15 mins to check if everything is okay with the room. Breakfast was also below average. All in all a bad experience

I had a very disappointing stay at this citiinn hotel hotel. The rooms were shabby, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell. Despite requesting a room change, the reception staff were unhelpful and did not accommodate the request. To make things worse, the hotel repeatedly called to ask what time we would arrive, and if we didn’t respond, they would release the rooms to other guests. It felt like they prioritize other bookings over those made through platforms like makemytrip, and good rooms are not blocked in advance. Overall, the staff was arrogant, and the service did not justify the cost. This hotel is not delivering value for money
