in this hotel location only good but entry & exit location so pathetic. lift is also common for mall, bar & hotel. immediately look after this matter and for hotel separate lift is require. foods are too much expensive as per quality and quantity. even digital price of restaurant's menu and hard copy of menu is different for few foods. when we asked regarding this matter to receptionist she told us restaurant & room service menu price is different they charged. at the time of checkout receptionist told a staff to check room thoroughly Infront of us, as we felt very embarrassed.

Good property and staff behaviour. Good quality is also good. Minibar need to fixed at appropriate place which was not seen. Hygiene and ambience was quite impressive as per costing

Worst experience they don't give value to bookings they do scams with them like small rooms and extra charges, late check ins and food price and quality is like 5000 ka goo kha, aalu bhujiya is 400+gst 28% means 500 ke u par ka aalu bhujiya.

The location of the hotel is very good, the behavior and service of the staff is very good, the quality of the food is also very good and delicious, but the rooms are very small even though i booked a superior room it felt very small.

Good location & facilities only thing is that at the time of checkout they were asking about a towel as if we have taken their towel, but there was only one towel given to us in the washroom i went with them back to the room to show them, if i can rent a room 3k 0r 5k per night don’t you think i can buy a towel which hardly costs 200rs ? ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour from the staffs when checking out.
