Accommodation is very poor. Room conditions very good but air conditions and ceiling fan not working. My booking super deluxe room. But i am not satisfy super deluxe.

it was good experience at park land Durgapur. I booked super deluxe room ambience was good had every amenities and well decor but according to super deluxe room was not much spacious and also they had maintained better hygiene than previous my previous stay. staff were good even they allowed me for early checking. That's the good thing, one think i would like add that the Ac in the room was generating lots of noise and food were also good at affordable price.

Very delayed check in. Very early checkout. Room service was very poor. Previously it used be best. But nowadays they are bad. Overall i'm disappointed. Wish could have the old parkland. I would like to say that the food was definitely good. The taste was good. But rooms are very small. They gave me small room. I was promised dulexe
