The lady was absolutely helpful even though she didn’t understand English she will go all out to help the best she can. Will definitely recommend this place.

Arrived Friday 31st Oct earlier than the check in but they had a room ready. As mentioned there are only a select few with balconies and road views which was a shame but the room itself was clean bed looked great had a fridge tv and decent bathroom all in great condition. We dropped our luggage and explored and within minutes we had everything we could want including thr beach and even in Oct/Nov it was still busy enough and weather was fantastic. Next morning we sampled our 1st breakfast which I couldn't fault and staff were extremely helpful to top up and help where necessary. They cleaned our rooms regularly and were always asking if we were OK which we were. For us the stairs up was no issue and the small intimate feel also no problem would defo stay again as we loved Durres

Had an amazing stay at Nayel Hotel in Durrës! The hotel is exceptionally clean, very peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was also really nice with a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

Oké, de kamers zijn vernieuwd, maar wat wij kregen was een ramp: helemaal in de hoek, geen raam waar je écht naar buiten kon kijken, en het zogenaamde balkon voelde aan als een betonnen sleuf – nul daglicht, nul uitzicht. Bij aankomst: steil trappenpad omhoog met koffers, en geen enkele hulp van het personeel. De parking lag helemaal achteraan, moeilijk te vinden en onhandig bereikbaar. We hadden geboekt via een reisorganisatie, die blijkbaar de goedkoopste kamer had geregeld. Dat is niet onze fout. Toen we vroegen om een andere kamer, moesten we bijbetalen alsof het een luxe-upgrade was. Maar zodra we zeiden dat we zouden vertrekken omdat we elders een hotel geboekt hadden, kon er plotseling wél een groot bedrag af. Zeer onprofessioneel en onbetrouwbaar gevoel. 👉 We zijn vertrokken en hebben elders geboekt. Voor ons nooit meer dit hotel.

Séjour impeccable, excellent Hotel, bien situé pas loin de la plage, il y a beaucoup d’endroits pour manger, il faut juste faire attention parce que le dimanche, apparemment le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas. Donc sinon tout s’est bien passé un bon petit déjeuner vraiment on a largement le choix.
