Hôtel très bien juste petit soucis avec la télévision on a attendu et personne n’est venu. Chambre propre mais bien choisir la vue car côté cour c’est vraiment pas intéressant. Le spa était top piscine un peu fraîche. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel sympa. Parking souterrain. Piscine extérieure trop froide à cette saison

Personale non all'altezza, maleducato. Cibo scadente, insalata da diarrea. Materasso e lenzuola sporche di urina. Chiamato reception ma niente da fare. Colazione abb buona ma peggiorata rispetto agli altri anni. Camerieri non preparati.

Well, well, well. What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Asked for an upgrade and was given one free The room was extremely spacious, the bed huge and one of the most comfortable. Staff very curteous and friendly. Fantastic location overlooking the Adriatic. Bar prices cheaper than town, and excellent choice of breakfast. For what we paid, we got over and above what we expected, and would not hesitate in stayi g here again. Ticked all our boxes, and more.

Очень даже симпатичный отель. Но мы были в ресторане, и тут достаточно вкусно кормят. Главное конечно для меня атмосфера, тут прямо красиво. Сняла оценку за плохой вай фай. Хороший бассейн и пляж. Много зелени вокруг. Приятный персонал, тут не любят спешить.

AVOID. Not a 5* hotel, maybe a 2 star. We left after 2 days. Everything was broken, even the indoor pool (check the pics of the knob of my room, with 2 holes covered with napkins) I showed this to the manager and he had the face to tell me "why didn't you say it before?" Like if it was my fault that everything was broken! Do your job! You should know! The second day we left and they refunded us. The bathroom was also disgusting, dirt everywhere. Disaster place. The manager is a baby that needs to grow up and the rest of the staff is also awful. If you find someone nice there is because they are expecting you leave a tip.

Ottimo hotel a Durazzo. Camere pulite, moderne e spaziose, dotate di tutti i comfort. Colazione davvero ricca dal dolce al salato! Una delle più complete che abbia mai visto. Spiaggia privata attrezzata con teli, ombrellone e lettini. Il mare non è il massimo, ma lo sapevamo quando abbiamo prenotato; per noi Durazzo era semplicemente una tappa per spezzare le ore di macchina del nostro viaggio e per rilassarci nella spa. La spa è carina, forse da sistemare in qualche punto, ma comunque ottima per un po’ di relax. Consiglio i massaggi che offrono perché sono eccezionali. Per chi deve fare una tappa a Durazzo questo hotel secondo me è il migliore!

Schitterend hotel, super mooi zwembad, lekker eten en zeer vriendelijk personeel!! Gelegen vlakbij de zee en levendige promenade! Je kan de promenade te voet bereiken binnen 10 minuten wandelen. Er zijn ook veel restaurantjes in de buurt waar je lekker kan eten.

Booked hotel 3 months in advance. Turns out, no kids club so I requested to cancel which they accepted (but telling me bank will deduct "fees and commission") they took the money out of my credit card when I booked - 4 weeks later, they have still not returned the monies. I've had to email around 10 times with very few responses, none in past 2 weeks. when I called, they didn't answer for days and when they finally answered, the reception was terrible (mobile only as main phone never answered) I now have to pursue them via my credit card company. Avoid like the plague. Truly terrible, bordering on criminal.

Our first trip to Albania and we were in no way disappointed and that’s certainly the case with the Palace Hotel and Spa. From check in to check out we were impressed. Wonderful staff front of house and back were all friendly and efficient. Our room on the fourth floor overlooked the pool and beach was spotless and kept so by the maids during our stay. Spacious and bright. The pool was excellent. The bar and breakfast area was well manned by waiters and waitresses. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Spa area was an extension of the excellent experience. We had a meal in the restaurant on two occasions. Prices and quality wonderful. There is, however, no such thing as perfection and the single wee thing that should not happen in any restaurant. The second time we had dinner the main course arrived before we had finished our starter. Just an observation. We thoroughly recommend this hotel, indeed we say that Albania is well worth visiting. Very friendly people.
