The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in/out process was quick and efficient.

My experience was bad the parents of the property had trees falling over and never cleaned in two months time of me staying there in and out. They claim to have breakfast there was never a breakfast instead there was carpet taken up three quarters of the dining room every time I stayed. They always tried to get more money out of me by either not giving me my change back or by overcharging me the room acting like it was a mistake back plus the additional money my money. There's many things wrong here but I'm not going to go into it because I've already reviewed it on Wyndham. Stay at your own risk but I wouldn't use a Wyndham hotel if I were you as I never will again. I think I've had enough experience with Wyndham hotels in the past 2 years of my life, I'd rather just pay the extra money and stay somewhere clean with breakfast a pool that works toilet seats that were tight Wi-Fi that actually worked and not trying to be scammed out of my money.

Bed CREAKED LOUDLY when you sat on it or moved. Bed wasn’t completely made. Coffee basket had used moldy filter & grounds with mold in it. Not the filter type provided so don’t know where that came from?????? No toilet paper, facial tissue or continental breakfast offering. No auto button for front door.

My husband and I stayed a night here. At check in the woman was so unfriendly and rude. Their teenage son was actually the one to do the check in. Not even a thank you from either of them. Walked in the room to it being sooo hot, the ac was off! It's south Louisiana the temps are 98 degrees outside. The bed was on a metal frame that made every kind of noise when you move. The next morning my sitter arrived at 10:08am to drop off my twins for us to go on with our day. We checked out at 10:40am. 5 minutes after checking out they started charging my card multiple times. When I called to ask why the woman said because I had more than 2 people in the room and hung up on me! So we turned around and went back. The man said he didnt care if it was 5 minutes or the whole time he could charge me because I had more than 2 people in the room. When I told him to make it make sense he told me call my lawyer! Very rude and unprofessional. With all the extra money they are charging folks they can at least update their hotel.

My stay here has been rediculous. I have kids with me and chose a cheaper hotel that included amenities that would make the stay easier. Instead this trip has been harder because of the hotel. The fitness center is closed. They no longer serve breakfast. The pool is closed. The front desk man... I assume manager... Attempted to come into our rooms twice. Once without knocking! They don't want to give you towels or blankets. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Worst hotel I’ve been to in a very long time. Customer service is terrible.No breakfast. Pool isn’t open. Fitness room wasn’t available. Place smells bad. Awful experience. The family doesn’t know how to treat others correctly.

Booked this room as I was dropping my kids off to their dad for summer out of state. Property smelled as soon as you walked into lobby. Breakfast area was still dirty @3 pm. Sheets were severly stained. Went and bought a blanket to lay on. Tv switched out 3 times to finally a working Tv. Staff was eating entire time if check in and a teen 14 ish was working the counter and maintance aspect.

The room was horrible. Carpet stain all over, bedding had holes in the comforter and top sheet, top sheet had area that were so thin you could see through it. Not clean at all, bed was hard as a rock. Internet was in and out.

As a Wyndham Diamond Member, I have stayed at many hotels. Super 8 is generally a decent budget hotel. This place was a filthy, unmaintained dump. Rundown and broken. The mattresses were placed on a metal base that popped and banged when you turned over and the bedding and carpet were stained. The bathroom was decrepit with the fixtures not cleaned and the tub spout was literally ready to fall off the wall in room 115. There were water stains all over the "chrome" and the tub was slow to drain. The towels were worn and smelled bad. The hair dryer didn't work. There was little in the way of toiletries - no Kleenex either. And absolutely no "complimentary breakfast" nor even coffee, as promised at check-in. The public bathrooms were still closed with the excuse of covid (January 2023). When we checked out, I was not even asked how my stay was but did let the owner know that the room could use some cleaning and perhaps better towels and bedding. He just waved me off and could not of cared less that I was not happy with what I had paid for. I will be addressing this stay with Wyndham Head Office. I am pretty sure they would not want their name associated with this dump of a property.
