It was a Nice trip.

Friendly staff that all spoke English. The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central. The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design. My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open. Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea. The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area. The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself. If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

The room was dirty! What was very annoying was that the male receptionist gave me a room on the lowest floor! I specifically asked for a higher floor, but he insisted on giving me this one, saying that the other rooms had not been cleaned yet. When I got there, I felt that the room was too bad, so I called the front desk to change the room, and then he changed it for me. I asked him why he didn't give me a higher floor at first, and he said, "Maybe there will be better options after six o'clock." What a greasy and contrived lie, I give you a bad review directly!

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from King's Road. The hardware is a bit old, and the service is generally acceptable. I just asked to repair the refrigerator in the room. I asked for it for 3 days, and they agreed every time, but when I checked out, no one came to repair it.

Located at one end of King's Road, the location is very good. The hotel is very large and the lobby is very grand. In order to take a bath to eliminate the fatigue of travel, I chose a deluxe room. The bathtub is very large. The room should have been updated. The furniture is very new. The carpet is a bit old. There is no old smell. So far, it is good. However, first, the door lock of the room is broken. At first, the door was very heavy and I didn't pay attention. Before going to bed, I found that it was not locked at all. The anti-theft chain was also pried off. It was very unsafe. I called the front desk and changed it. Second, the new bathroom appliances are very old, there are black spots in the toilet, and the feeling is too bad. The washbasins in both rooms have cracks, and the hair dryers are dirty. Because I arrived at the store in the middle of the night, I didn't ask for replacement. I got up early the next day and took a bath to sleep well. Looking at the bright scenery outside the window, you can see the TV tower. The room at the other end should be able to see King's Road. I feel that the old bathroom is not a big problem. Next time you stay, remember to bring disinfectant tissues. The hotel has its own parking garage, which is very safe. It should be charged but it is not charged. I don't know if it is because of what happened last night. However, the elevator is located in the lobby, turn left as soon as you enter the door, no room card is required, and it is a sightseeing elevator, which is a little unsafe. There is a surveillance video at the elevator entrance, which is probably better. The last advantage is that the lobby toilet is free 😍

There are many rooms, which are quite good. It is located next to King's Road and the location is easy to find. It is a nice hotel. I hope that the shower area will not be placed in the bathtub.

It can't be compared with domestic four or five star hotels. The only advantage is that it is next to King Street.
