It was a Nice trip.

Friendly staff that all spoke English. The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central. The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design. My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open. Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea. The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area. The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself. If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

The room was dirty! What was very annoying was that the male receptionist gave me a room on the lowest floor! I specifically asked for a higher floor, but he insisted on giving me this one, saying that the other rooms had not been cleaned yet. When I got there, I felt that the room was too bad, so I called the front desk to change the room, and then he changed it for me. I asked him why he didn't give me a higher floor at first, and he said, "Maybe there will be better options after six o'clock." What a greasy and contrived lie, I give you a bad review directly!

The hotel is nice. The rooms and facilities are OK. The location is convenient. The breakfast is not very varied but basically covers everything. It's good.

The hotel's gym is too small, but everything else is OK. It is very close to the city center and there is a park next to it where you can take a walk 🚶🏻♂️

Great hotel. The best breakfasts in the world. There is even a pancake printing machine - automatic pancake maker. Clean, cozy, close to all the attractions.

This hotel is very old-fashioned. It can be compared with Home Inn in China. The address is very good, just at the end of King's Road. The facilities are very old. The room smells, but the bed is quite comfortable.

The transportation and shopping location is excellent! U78 starts from Düsseldorf Railway Station, passes through King's Road (hotel station) and H.Heine-Allee (a street for food, drink and entertainment), and ends at the exhibition hall. It takes about half an hour to get to the exhibition (the German subway is not punctual, so it is impossible to accurately estimate) After leaving the hotel, DM and various drugstores are all available. In front of King's Road are luxury goods. Then it is connected to the old town of H.Heine-Allee, where you can eat all kinds of food. Okay, let's talk about the key points.
