Nice hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately Trip.com gave unclear information regarding our booking, but hotel did its best to give us suitable solution.

the staff were fantastic, there wasn't a moment that they weren't helpfull , they helped above and beyond, the breakfast was so much to choose from and catered for everyone, the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful bathroom, would definitely recommened this for anyone that wan't to be in the center of Dusseldorf.

It's a little far from the central station, but it wasn't a burden.
It was very nice to have a refrigerator, but it was inconvenient as there were not many outlet taps.

There is no air conditioning, but luckily it wasn't hot when I went there. Many places don't look as good as the pictures.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay while the Euro 2024 tournament was on. The location perfect to the station and short walk into the old town. The lady on reception could not have been more kind. Checking us in early as the room was available. The breakfast offering was varied and set us up for the day. Great value stay and would gladly return when next in town.

Hotel was cheap and just fine for two friends sleeping there. The location was good, close to main train station. You had opportunity to purchase an average breakfast for 12€ but there are many good coffee shops nearby also. The bathroom was renovated and water pressure was brilliant.

1. No check-in staff available when I arrived just after 10pm.
2. Room was not cleaned
3. WiFi was terrible. I could not work at the hotel as planned. When I asked the receptionist I was advised “weather has caused the WiFi issue, and this is German WiFi”.
4. Room was too warm. Even with the windows open and desk fan blowing.

It was close to a busy street and not far from the Central Station. It could be an issue if you are looking for a quiet place. (I had the streetside)
The bed was excellent and the floor had an wooden one. The bathroom was basic but modern. It even got a small fridge. The essentials are good!!
The elevator is very small/ narrow It could be a issue if you have a room on the 6th floor.
