There is a train station opposite the hotel, only 2 stops away from Dusseldorf Central Station, and it takes about 10 minutes to get there. It's similar to other hotels in Europe, no slippers, no toothbrushes, etc. Everything else is fine.

Everything worked out great. The only downside was the train, which you could hear all the time. Otherwise everything was great. Delicious coffee!

Except for the poor location, I am very satisfied with the price and service. The toilet is very clean and every detail is perfect. I will definitely come here again next time. It’s a pity that you need to drive by yourself to make it more convenient.

Around hotel is a tramlane. So bring your earplugs or wake up as Frankenstein. Staff is friendly and really wanted to find solutions for the mess: Booked a superior room, with request for a quiet room. Got a quiet room but standard, not superior. My feeling said.... This does not look good at all. Here it comes... Arriving back at 4.00am at the hotel, I wanted to take a quick shower and than sleep. My Key did not work. Could not enter the room. Took almost 1 hour(!) before staff just walked me to the room and opened my door. So now I'm in my room with no key. Woke up at 10.45 and asked if breakfast was still possible. Yes, no problem till 11.30.... friendly reception lady told me. Arriving downstairs, all was cleaned. Friendly lady from breakfast said they stopped at 10.30. Not 11.30 as mentioned just earlier. I asked if I could have something small. Not looking for problems. Took some eggs, cheese. Since I don't eat meat I asked for some tomatoes and cucumber. Guess what, not delivered at all.... Brings back some DDR memories. After a quick bite, went back to reception. Waited again until staff walked me to my room again.

hotel has no restaurant - they just warm up pizzas for you no parking spots available - for 120 rooms they have 20 parking spaces - they rended the rest for long term one man for check in, serve drinks and warm up pizzas for full house - this is not human and not respectful for employees

Niu Seven is a wonderful hotel with a top notch team. The rooms were excellent and the beds were super comfortable. The quality of the room was only topped by the phenomenal customer service (reservation team, front desk, house keeping, breakfast, etc.) all around. Highly recommend.

A great hotel with a young and modern character. The rooms and bathroom are clean and tidy. There is enough storage space and a great bed. We were also surprised by the breakfast buffet. There was enough and it was constantly being refilled. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed in much more expensive hotels where the service and breakfast were worse. Keep up the good work and don't let up.

The hotel and all areas are very tidy and clean - the rooms and bathrooms are also very good. Checking in and out is easy and the staff at reception/lobby/bar are very nice and friendly and helpful with questions. It's nice that you can have a drink at the bar at any time. The breakfast buffet is very good and freshly prepared, the coffee is very good. We were very satisfied and would like to say a big thank you!!

Nice hotel with 24 hour reception and bar with snacks. Good breakfast, free parking opposite. Beds comfortable, standard rooms a bit small but adequate. Good places nearby, train station and bus stop right by the hotel.
