This is the worst hotel under Hyatt group... couple inserts on the wall and around the bed...horrible experience. I am wonder how Hyatt group can fulfill client expectations.

Great place, located in little Tokyo! will definitely go back. I can only recommend this place.

The location is very good, the hotel environment is also good, it is right on Japan Street, convenient for eating, good breakfast, and convenient transportation, but the front desk service is average ~ Japanese-style hotel, choose carefully if you mind

It's conveniently located near Japan Town. The rooftop bar is open until late at night and the popular ramen restaurant Takumi is also located here.

I only noticed it after checking in, but it seems like the area has a lot of Japanese restaurants, so it's a Japanese-style hotel. A Japanese-style hotel as foreigners would imagine it to be. The location was good and the rooms were clean, so I would recommend it.

Unfortunately we had completely different rooms than in the pictures, it was very warm, you could only open the window a little and there was no air conditioning

A very nice hotel in a very good location. I was overwhelmed by the breakfast, it was more than good. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
