Good check-in experience

I arrived late after missing a flight out of Dusseldorf. The friendly female on shift (from Brazil) was absolutely excellent in dealing with me. The beer was good, the food was nice enough and the bar staff were friendly. Will definitely be back to this location should I ever be at Dusseldorf Airport.

I was very pleased with the hotel. Cleanliness everywhere, comfortable bed, silence in the room. I really liked the breakfast, a lot of choice, everything was fresh. I will definitely come back if I'm in Dusseldorf again.

Clean and sanitary But the introduction page says there is an airport shuttle, but there is not If the hotel calls a taxi for you, there will be an extra charge. (The action of calling a taxi for you will cost 6 euros)

Nice, new and hygienic

Nice environment, close to the airport, and the lobby design is very casual.

Practically everything spectacular 5/5. I would only add a variant such as hot protein to breakfast, since only boiled or semi-cooked eggs seems very little to me.

Hygiene: 3/5, used cups are turned upside down without being washed. Service: 4.5/5, front desk and restaurant service are much better than in Spain Breakfast: 5/5, the variety is sufficient for short-term travelers, and the supplies are relatively timely.

Full marks 💯, will come again! Very satisfied, hygienic and clean, beautiful environment, very good service attitude! The surrounding facilities are getting better and better! Recommended to everyone
