作為五星級酒店，房間，服務肯定是一流的。酒店坐落在杉木湖邊，到湖邊跑步遊玩很方便。酒店的餐飲很好，也不是很貴。每天有一個特價菜，很親民。

都勻很棒的一個小城，這個酒店在當地算很好的水平了寬敞大氣衞生住着還行吧，就是感覺時間有一點偏了位置在新區隨便住住還可以

之前因為住過貴陽的和六盤水的貴州飯店，這次來都勻繼續選擇住在貴州飯店。但是都勻的貴州飯店讓我感覺非常不舒服。
酒店大堂氣派，規模不小，但是房間佈局非常差，三十多平米的房間，被分成好幾個區域，七拐八拐，衞生間倒是不小，但睡覺的房間很小，不通透，空調安裝的位置很奇葩，正對着床頭，開着正好吹着頭，不開空調房間非常悶熱，我一晚上都沒有睡好，以後肯定不會再住這裏了。房間的衞生還可以，衞生間的裝修很粗糙，跟酒店外觀的氣派不相符。另外，酒店周圍比較荒涼，晚上遛彎四周黑乎乎的沒有安全感。
當晚因為四周沒有吃飯的地方，所以在酒店簡單點了兩晚米粉和一盤青菜，真讓人大跌眼鏡，米粉還不如路邊攤的味道，粉湯就是白水，一點沒有滋味，貴州的美食就這樣被廚師踐踏了，點的蒜蓉小白菜沒看見蒜沫，青菜也不新鮮，連切也沒切，七長八短的，有的菜葉還是爛的，一個幾乎是當地最大的酒店，提供住店客人這樣的餐食讓人汗顏，讓客人感到店大欺客，不被尊重。儘管青菜服務員給退了，但是讓我依舊感到很不舒服，遊客大老遠的來到都勻，住到這裏，被敷衍的對待。
