Eagle Pass Hotels with Gym

This hotel is welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly. The room was clean and cozy with no orders. The room is well insulated and free from outside noise. The bed was firm and comfy. The tv worked. The location of the hotel is perfectly centered for shopping, restaurants and ******. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner. No pets allowed. Tho we did not eat breakfast they had breakfast choices like cereals, juice, coffee, apples, toast, and yogurt.. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in town

Our stay was ridiculous and obviously not in a good way. Note, I didn’t book this hotel for myself, someone else did in our party. But let me tell you, staff is unhelpful. AC sucks. There IS a trick to getting the tv to work which they said there wasn’t (at least in our room, you had to turn on the light switch by the door to then be able to turn on the tv) our hotel phone didn’t work (we didn’t try it after the light switch though so that might have got it to work) and the drains for the shower must have never been cleaned because the first shower of any of us in my party, they were standing in the collection of their shower water. The bathroom is so tiny you basically had to walk in, step in to the shower to properly shut the door, step out to be able to use the toilet. I’m not sure if it states this on their website as I did not make the reservation, but there is no mini fridge. Oh and in case this is helpful for your knowledge reading this review, we were told there is no late checkout option on weekends. But rest easy if you’re used to 10/11 AM checkouts, checkout was at 12 noon.

Um... the location is not very good, although there is a shuttle bus to make up at any time, but want to cross the opposite Best buy Or Italian restaurant, you need to drive for ten minutes, walk for 40 minutes, recommend this Italian restaurant, great food, the location of the room is close Highway, decibel is relatively high, air conditioning is also a bit noisy, the accident is that the room has a microwave oven, which allows me to heat food, breakfast is good,
