Well this one a bit disappointed as the day of check in, my house is flooded. I request to change date, the hotel says I have to get back to trip.com. I contact the agent and they want to try their best to help my request. But the hotel wasn't answer until the day of checkout. And the hotel then say I'm unable to change the date or refund. Because they answer the request a day after!. What a waste.

It's a bit disappointing for the price of 350 rb, parking has to be charged and you have to pay yourself, breakfast is the same. If I'm not stuck, I won't be here again.
