The hotel itself is great, I’ve stayed there plenty of times before, however this is the first time I’ve used trip.com to book, unfortunately when putting in all my info it appears trip.com switched my guest name with mine on the reservation which caused all types of confusion and had my card charged double because the hotel couldn’t find the reservation because it wasn’t under my name. I eventually was refunded but all of this happened on my birthday weekend… so yea not the best experience

Used this hotel for its location to Children's Specialized Hospital, as we arrived late and it was too far to drive home.  Staff was great and very helpful. Check in/out was very easy.

Small hotel, all in one. The location is a bit remote, but for the United States, there is no car to go anywhere, it is convenient to have a car. Therefore, the location is acceptable if there is a car. Breakfast does not require a ticket, and the in-house guests eat it casually, but it is not suitable for the Chinese stomach. After eating breakfast at the hotel on the first day, I bought instant noodles instead of breakfast for the next few days. Better, there is a microwave in the room, it is convenient to heat food!

Breakfast is casual, Western breakfast, Chinese may not be used to eating. Parking is convenient and there is parking. No extra bed, the room has two beds, large enough for four people to sleep. The location is a bit biased, and there is no car.

Close to the bus stop from New York, convenient.
