Hotel is good but the location is not very good. I would recommend this to people who are looking for better price.

If the wind from the Gaziabad dumpyard is blowing towards you, then entering or existing the hotel is a bad bad experience!
Once inside the smell is not an issue. Rest all is good, clean tidy room.
Another issue, outside food not allowed.

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family. Great place for the price. The linen was clean and fresh. Housekeeping good. The food was generally good but never lacking. F&B is a bit overpriced, but considering it was raining in Delhi during our stay, the convenience of a hot meal was simply soothing. The USP of this place is the Staff. Very friendly and warm. Shoutout to the rbg staff, Roushan and Priyadarshini. My only complain is that they don't have piping hot water for showers. It's like warm at best.

Excellent service by Priyadarshini "Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. "

Food was very tasty and they serve lots of varity in morning breakfast buffet... restaurent staff is verimy polite in nature and in behaviour... Service was great thanks to RBG restaurent team to make our breakfast too smooth ... highly recommned .

“I came to NYC for a friends 25th birthday and we all four stayed in the same room (2 double beds). This is an extremely clean establishment and the rbg restraunt staff specially priyadarshini we’re helpful! The room was very put together and had enough space for all our bags and accessories. It’s only a block or two from Times Square and close to the subway. A must to stay! “

Service was good, Room's are clean. Washroom need some extra attention in cleaning........ Food Is good Ms Priya attended us at the Breakfast....... She was Very soft spoken and really given great service and extra attention to kids also.

I recently spent 3 nights in The Oberoi Gurgaon ***** with several of my colleagues for a business conference. Locationwise, it is close to the airport as also the malls and IT locality of Gurgaon on the outskirts of Delhi. But it is a little far from the centre of the city. The staff is courteous, rooms are spacious enough and of course sparkling clean ( you can t expect less at those prices ! Rs 18000 per night but it varies depending on supply and demand). The ambience though is great. There are lovely reflecting pools and green landscaping with great views from the 3 or 4 rooms I saw. The toiletries are top of the line. The free breakfast is adequate but not great. However the bakery items( croissants, Danish pastry and in particular the banana bread ) were delicious. One drawback though is that the hotel appears to be built in 3 blocks - one residential block, one block for lobby,restaurants etc and one for conferences. Perhaps for security reasons the blocks are linked only at one level which led to difficulties in navigation the first day.
