Avant d’aller au îles togian, J’ai retiré 3 fois 3 000 000. Nous sommes rentrées à l’hôtel après le retrait d’argent. Le matin nous sommes allé au petit déjeuner. De retour dans notre chambre, nous avons fais nos bagages et avons constaté qu’il manquait 2 900 000. (Les 3 paquets de 3 000 000 sont passés à 1 paquet de 1 900 000, 1 paquet de 2 600 000 et 1 paquet de 1 600 000) pas bête l’artiste ! J’ai informé la réception que nous avions un problème, et ai demandé si il pouvait vérifier la caméra afin de savoir si quelqu’un était entré dans la chambre. En effet, un employé est entré pendant que nous étions au petit déjeuner. Le directeur ne nous crois pas et demande de nous justifier, apparement, les images ne suffise pas. Cependant je savais exactement la somme que j’avais, et je suis sortie de la chambre uniquement pour le petit dejeuner, et c’est la seule personne qui est entrée dans la chambre. Coïncidence ? Passe un joyeux Noël rian avec mon argent!

Excellent rapport/qualité prix, l’équipe est au petit soin avec les clients, proximité direct avec le centre ville de Gorontalo, petit déjeuner très copieux, La chambre était magnifique spacieuse et très bien agencé, avec tout les équipements nécessaires.

We expected much more for such value of money. The room offered for such price was without any windows, terrible, we changed but got hot and without fridge, so we decided to ask for another but they said that they can give us better but we need to write positive opinion on TripAdvisor.!!? In fact room has small balcony, fridge and window but was more expensive. The staff tried to do the best but it is so artificial, they smiled all the time but not recognised the guest so they said hallo every 5 minutes which was strange. Also the breakfast is quite terrible.you got toast but nothing else, as they have omlette, nasi, and other Indonesian staff...the mocca Caffe deserves a separate opinion as nobody is there and the food is frozen,we ended with stomach pain after the dinner which looked great but was old. The biggest problem was with bad bugs. We got a lot of itchy signs after this stay. Also they mistaken our laundry. The price for the laundry is extremely overpriced (triple).and not good at all after jungle trekking. Of course I realise that in Gorontalo there are no so many options but it should be much cheaper for that what you get!

Thanks to all the staff at yulia hotel for a wonderful experience (especially Karin) ! The breakfast options were great, the bed was comfy, the bathroom with the transparent glass was something after all the rough nights with the niamouk we had during our holidays in Sulawesi 🌞

Siamo arrivati in Hotel dopo una notte in barca dalle Isole togean. Ci hanno accolti Budi alla reception e Karina alle colazioni. Gentilissimi entrambi hanno accolto tutte le nostre richieste sempre con un sorriso. Ci hanno trasmesso buon umore anche se eravamo molto stanchi. Grazie davvero!

I had an exceptional experience at Yulia Hotel Gorontalo. I booked for my CEO purpose. From the moment He arrived, the staff's responsiveness and friendliness were apparent. Special recognition goes to Jein from the Front Officer team, who was particularly helpful and kind throughout His stay. During His visit, He encountered a minor inconvenience and talked to me about that. When I reported this to the staff, they handled it with such professionalism and courtesy, offering a sincere apology and even extending a dinner invitation as a gesture of goodwill. This thoughtful response made a significant difference and demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Paschal Stefanus Mok, the General Manager, for the generous dinner invitation for my CEO. It was a wonderful experience that truly showcased the hotel's dedication to providing excellent service. Overall, Yulia Hotel Gorontalo exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning by myself in the future. Thank you again to Jein, Paschal Stefanus Mok, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable.
