Close to CBD, and easy to take neighboring free buses. The building is a little of age. People are nice both in the front desk and service sector.
One thing I do not understand is that the genitor knocked my door every morning before 9, just to ensure if I need my room clean.
The food was good at the lobby restaurant. I had salmon dish.

I thought this would be a little nicer than other hotels I’d been staying in beforehand, the location was very good but the bed and bathroom/toilet wasn’t up to bar and they asked for a $200 deposit fee which apparently I’ve been told is normal but I’ve been to other hotels and they don’t make us pay that much maybe $50 at most

The room was dirty. The first room I stayed was extremely smelly. I guess it is from an air conditioner. The choice for breakfast was limited.

This was the filthiest room I have Ever stayed in !
Stains ALL over the ripped worn carpets including blood! Stained dirty sofa ( looked like someone had thrown milk on the great sofa and let it dry.
The bedside lamps were ripped and stained with dark yellowing marks like they had been urinated on .
Plug sockets loose.
The windows were a middle pivot and no locks , with a built wooden box in front , meaning a young child could easily climb up lean on the window and fall out of the high rise .
The room was clearly years old , the hot water from every tap ran brown like strong tea . We would not have stayed here with our children had there been another option but every where was booked out due to the rugby. So I expressed our concerns with the staff and they gave us another room to stay in , this one was just as old the water was still brown but it did not have as many large stains . I cleaned it myself, because the dust was an inch thick . Never again will we book in here!!! The rooms are spacious and the location was good for Optus Stadium.

The location was superb, it was not far from the city main centre and accessible with the free CAT bus with a short walk. The staff were very kind and friendly. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were a bonus.

Decor a bit aged, but unit clean n tidy. Car parking space full but management managed to find me a spot
TV n lighting may not work - housekeeping not up to standard
Some furniture were worn that needed repair
The hotel needs a good renovation.
