I recently had an unfortunate experience with the customer service hotline that i felt compelled to share. During my attempts to reach out for assistance, i encountered significant issues with the reception. The call quality was poor, making it difficult to understand the representative on the other end. Additionally, i was disappointed with the lack of proper responses to my inquiries. There seemed to be a disconnect, as the representative was unable to provide the information i needed or address my concerns adequately. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Overall, the combination of poor reception and ineffective communication made for a disappointing experience. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that customers can get the help they need promptly and effectively. Until then, i would be hesitant to recommend their services
