The room shows that there is a window, but it cannot be opened. The room is a bit stuffy, so the air conditioner needs to be turned on all the time. The room is large and the comfort level is OK. The pillow is too high, and it is too much for my neck to rest on it all night.

The rooms are spacious, the room facilities are okay & quite complete, the staff are really nice & very helpful, the food is delicious, there is a playground on the ground floor suitable for those who bring children. Recommended!
