SureStay Hotel by Best Western Wenatchee

Clean, friendly staff. Loved having a balcony that over looks the pool. The pool was clean and refreshing. Nice area for a bbq by the pool.

This room was excellent. Well clean and maintained. The staff were nice and friendly.

The first night was good! Second night went to use the restroom and found a cockroach in the shower. Will not be staying here again after seeing that.

From the moment I stepped into the waiting room area, none of the staff greeted me. They must’ve thought I was a child. It wasn’t until my mother in law came in as well as my husband did they greet her and started speaking to her. Although the hotel room was for my husband and I. The room service was terrible so we just stopped requesting room service. The bed’s are barely made up and the bathroom they never cleaned, the only room service we got was the bed half-way made, the trash taken out, and new towels. They didn’t even restock our toilet paper! One of our lamps wasn’t working. The walls are so thin in this place that once you get inside of your room, it’s like your still outside because you could still hear everything in the hallway. There was a couple above us that made very loud noises every night, 12am, then again at 2am and then at 3am. It was extremely irritating having constantly being woken up so late at night to screams and bed boards shaking. Speaking of broken items the microwave barely worked. They tray didn’t spin. The window was broken. The Tv was super small must’ve cost $100 or less. One night I came out of my room to ask a person at the front desk what times the hot tub was open. She was so focused on her phone she barely wanted to look up at me. She wasn’t pleasant at all or friendly. She looked at me strangely before answering the question. My last complaint is the hot water ran out when showering. I will never return back to this hotel no matter what is the cost!!

It was a comfortable stay

While the building itself looks a little old, the room furniture is new or in a good shape. Daily room cleaning, towel changes, and toiletry additions were very nice as compared to the room price.
