not bad but not good.

Dirty floors, drug paraphernalia all around, rude woman at the front desk. Worse experience I’ve ever had! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL BUGS IN MOST ROOMS VARIOUS KINDS!!

Polite, Accommodating Staff

I made a reservation at this address in error - I selected the incorrect Rodeway Inn property. After 5 minutes I realized my mistake and called both the property and *******. Each blamed the other for not being able to process a refund. Horrible experience with both Rodeway and *******. I would never recommend either one.

This place is affordable and convenient for someone who only stays up that way for work purpose. The property can use a tune up but overall the worry at this hotel is how unsafe the area is. Nothing to do with the actual hotel everything that I have experienced has been outside of the parking lot. Breaking in of cars has been an issue.

Well lets start off with half the outlets in the king jet tub suite we stayed in didnt work . The phone to the front desk didnt work . I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk for wifi password . There wasn't any hot water in the shower Saturday Night . Then i asked for a different tv remote i was told there wasnt any extra from the front desk person working Saturday night . Ive Always stayed at this hotel chain. So that's why I'm so taken back by the gross negligence of this establishment operation In blatant disregard for customer service.

This hotel isn't for everyone--it's well worn, and even the best efforts of the staff won't make it a luxury hotel for those with demanding standards for modern rooms/spotless accommodations. Some of the rooms are more updated than others, and if you can stay in one of the rooms in the front hallway you'll probably get the newer carpet and better experience. But wow, the value--this place is SO affordable, SO well located (there is a Big Y within 5 minutes, it does close at 9 pm though), and the staff is just wonderful--the manager Donna is an angel and always does everything possible to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I feel like a member of the family when I come here and get to say hi to her. All the staff in general is sweet and helpful. They have made several improvements lately to the overall hotel--towels are gorgeous soft brand new sparkling white, and the fitness center is open again after being shut down for a long time. There's a huge outdoor pool that I have seen lots of families enjoying, just haven't tried it myself yet. If you are nervous about parking your car at a place that seems to have some sketchy guests, you can usually find a spot right in front of the lobby area--and they do have security cameras and seem to keep a close eye on things. I've never had ANY issue with safety or had my car messed with while staying here. Honestly it's my go-to sleepover spot every time I make the trip from NY to New England. Sure there is no breakfast, and the rooms are old, and the hallways tend to be dirty, but you have a comfortable bed, nice linens, decent water pressure in shower, TONS of cable channels!!!, good wifi, a good-sized fridge and a microwave, coffeemaker, and friendly check in staff, plus the best price you'll find in the entire northeast. Thank you Donna for always being there for me--I'll be returning soon!
