They addressed our issue about the door frame was sticking out the screws were pulled out. We needed controller for TV none in room

Modern, clean and polished public areas like the lobby and especially the breakfast room… great chairs; it’s worth the visit just to see the breakfast room chairs! The rooms themselves are a little worn (I couldn’t get the alarm clock to work) but these seemed to be minor issues compared to the positive aspects. I had stayed here about a year ago and there was a lot of noise and partying in nearby rooms, but the stay was very quiet and pleasant this time. The price was good and the complimentary breakfast was excellent by current post-pandemic motel offerings: sausages, eggs, and the obligatory make-them-yourself waffles. Overall a good stay for the money.

the staff customer service was awesome
the front desk guy was very nice and friendly
my door would not open with the key the maintenance guy had to change the batteries to the door which I think should have been checked before the guest's arrival. it was rainy and cold we had to wait for him to change the keypad but other than that besides them not having an iron but had an iron board was crazy but it was cool for the time I was there

A la hora de reservar te dicen que saben varios idiomas y cuando llegué al hotel no pude comunicarme muy bien con el personal porque no sabían el idioma español. Durante los 4 días que estuve hospedandome ni una sola vez fueron a limpiar mi habitación. Tuve que ir varias veces a pedir toallas y jabones y botar la basura de los zafacones yo misma. Pagué un poco más para que el desayuno fuera gratis y en ningún momento hubo variedad , todos los días desayuné exactamente lo mismo y ya después de las 9 a 9:30 am no había desayuno y cerraban la cafetería. Los empleados del hotel y todo el personal no eran educados. No sonreían, no te daban los buenos días, buenas tardes ni mucho menos buen provecho. No recomiendo que se hospeden más de un día en este hotel que más bien parece un motel .

Great location, close to tons of shopping, restaurants and ******. Nice property, rooms are very spacious, bed linen looks updated but dark out curtains are old and in my room torn up. Quiet nice night to sleep. Would definitely stay again if I'm in area. Nice & great selection on breakfast

Stayed the night due to a power outage. The young lady at the front desk was super kind and understanding. Amazing customer service even at a highly busy time for them with a lot of people coming to them because of the outage. The pool and surrounding area was clean and the gentleman the runs it was so friendly. I enjoyed talking with him. Bonus points for the orange cat that sits in the window of the one room
