Good for transit near airport

Very clean, arrived early, you can check in if there is a room

Booked a family room (127) my young daughter went in the bathroom we heard a bang and screams the heavy bath panel had fallen on her foot and left her with a black and blue toe and the nail falling off. Went to reception and rang the bell multiple times clearly short staffed as nobody arrived. We left the same evening and booked another local hotel

I stayed for one night for work at Premier Inn Southampton Airport. I arrived by train and it was a five minute walk from Southampton Airport Parkway station to the hotel. Check-in started exactly at 3pm, the staff members at the front desk were neither friendly or unfriendly, best described as perfunctionary. My room was fairly spacious with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfy with good pillows supplied. The shower worked well and wall mounted soap-dispensers were provided. I enjoyed my short stay, there were some service issues including many attempts to gain entry to the room as the entry card clearly wasn't working and it was met with indifference by the reception staff members. It's a short walk from the station and the airport and I would visit again despite the issues I had.

Food supply issues were a major issue. Very restricted menu options were available. Water dripping from room above into one of the rooms was an issue! Used car park to drop off cases before going to pre booked airport parking. Queue to check in meant I exceeded the 15 minute unknown period of grace so had to pay £8 to avoid £90 penalty

The hotel is average at best for an Airport hotel. The food was not fantastic. The rooms lokk like they tried to uodate them on the cheap. The WiFi in my room never worked and evwn though Intold the front desk multilpe times, no one seemed interested in sorting it. I have stayed in many other Premier Inns, this one is not compatable.

Great stay good food clean room couldn’t fault the staff. Hotel looks tired on the outside but to be expected. Good to see them giving it a lick of paint. Including the rooms. Kiosks don’t work but understand that’s probably head office need to sort.

Very tired and tatty premises in need of renovation throughout. You can alway rely on a comfortable bed but this Premier Inn doesn’t seem to have had any decoration or updates for a long time. The amenities are the most basic . The evening menu was quite good and reasonably priced.

Comfortable bed, all facilities okay, tea coffee etc. Room quite spacious. Front of house man Jason very helpful at check in. Good meal in restaurant. Service good, did not try breakfast as had early start. Would stay there again when using airport.

We arrived late and hoped to go straight to the restaurant. unfortunately it was fully booked until 8.30pm. However Jason understood our prdicament and was able to find us a quiet table in the corner straight away. Thankfully we were abale to eat and go straight to bed after a long day. Many thanks jason.

Had an amazing stay at the premier inn! Checked in really quickly by Debbie who was really friendly and helpful and ensured everything was seamless for our stay. We then went for some food and again was served swiftly, good value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy bed, large bathroom, nice interior and cheap. Very welcoming staff, clean public area and room. I was able to check in early, but unfortunately there’s no option to check out later. I missed the option to have streaming apps on the Tv as we had a smart tv in the room. But good experience overall. Highly recommended
