The cleaning services was excellent and works like a good clock, the bartenders were awesome. The food can be better in terms of taste and quality.

Location is convenient
Food was good
Getting reservations for the restaurants is nearly impossible. The gal who does the reservations is not very friendly
The staff acted like they hated their job
Most were rude and not helpful
We’ve been to several resorts throughout the years.
This is the first one we will not be returning to

Coconut Bay Beach Resort is an awesome All inclusive Resort! It’s 5 minutes from the airport, and offers free shuttle service. While it’s an older facility the grounds are well kept with lush landscape and a wonderful mile Long Beach right on the ocean side of the island. Lots to do at Coconut Bay! Great restaurants, great variety of activities daily and themed dinner events throughout the week. The Caribbean night offers amazing food and entertainment, as does the Country Western night. Vernon instructs a great aqua exercise class in the main pool! All the bartenders and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our daily housekeepers Casey and Rose went above and beyond to make sure our room was well attended to. The room has a coffe pot and mini fridge that are stocked with coffee fixings, water, soft drinks and Piton beers. Perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return. We even took a private island tour one day to see the mud baths and drive through volcano. So much beauty on Saint Lucia!

We went to celebrate our 30th Anniversary with family and the trip was amazing thanks to the great staff Onita the wedding coordinator making sure we had everything we needed to make our vow renewal a success . To Shekina who was always so friendly whenever we saw her in passing or working she greeted us with a smile or a wave even when we did not need anything the warmth of ensuring we had everything we needed . The entertainment was great from the DJ Mel and Gillie and their crew keeping us entertained with the party atmosphere all week . This was a trip we will always remember. Coconut Bay is a great place for Weddings, Vacations or just to explore and relax .

From our first moments at Coconut Bay to our last was amazing. My wife and I traveled with our two sons ( 6YO & 3YO ) where upon arrival we were met with hospitality and most importantly assistance with any needs we had. On our second day any employee that we had interacted with the previous day knew our children by name and treated us with the utmost respect and joy when talking to her children. Our youngest turned 4 while we were at the resort and the staff decorated our room and had us a private lunch for our son, all we had to do was ask and it was done. We stayed on the splash side and the waterpark was great for the children and adults. The swim bar was very useful and the pool had a lot of seating for the adults to hang out while the kids swam. When you leave the pool, the beach is beautiful along with the bar on Paradise Beach. If you go during June, there is a lot of seaweed, but it doesn’t make a difference at all. The staff works day and night to clean the seaweed which Mother Nature brings in. If you are traveling with a family I couldn’t suggest this resort more. From the kids care to the 5 minute drive from the airport with free transportation this place at amazing. Our dates were 6/23-6/30 2024.

Praying for all the amazing staff during this already treacherous hurricane season. We are keeping track. Stay safe Michael, Jade, Marley, Kerry and everyone! You won’t find a better more attentive staff. Food was great and Our room was wonderful would love to come back! I need more Baron’s hot sauce! ❤️🙏

There isn’t an option for 3 1/2 stars but that’s my rating! Great resort for entertainment which is required in Saint Lucia as there is little to do outside the resort. ( unless you have thousands to spend on organised tours!) Gilly and the entertainment team are amazing. From organising pool volleyball aqua aerobics, pickle ball, pool parties and brilliant musical night entertainment there is something for everyone. The only negative about this hotel is the accommodation… the rooms are very dated. I was very disappointed on arrival. I asked for us to be moved but the upgraded room was practically identical!. Bathrooms are dated. Showers are a hose and small shower head. The toilet smelled! The air conditioning unit was so old and noisy we had to turn it off at night and it was 30 degrees! All in all I would not come here if you expect a ‘fancy hotel’ that it is not. Some of the staff were lovely. Kerry in the beach bar.and Gilly as mentioned. Reception team is not so friendly. The food is great and the pools are fab also. Drinks were good. It’s all inclusive so all paid for in advance or ‘free” as the kids say! lovely family holiday but I actually thought the accommodation was staff quarters on arrival.

One of the best Caribbean vacation resorts I’ve been to! The entertainment staff really did their thing with keep us engaged shout out to MEL, RICHIE, GILLIE & TOPAZ ! Let’s me not forget the wonder upstairs bartender EDWARD! Amazing service
