This was our first time experiencing an All-Inclusive resort. So many honeymooners!! We were one of the few older couples there but with the way everything is set up and designed, it didn't matter. The resort was quiet by 10:00pm. Having your very own private plunge pool was so romantic and relaxing!! If you wanted to have some late night fun, you can walk over to Coconut Bay where the action happened passed 10:00pm. The food was excellent!! Service was excellent!!! SABBY at the Great House Restaurant for dinner was the BEST! KEVIN at the pool side bar was AMAZING!! Ginel and Tyler for breakfast and the smoothie bar were caring and sweet. Roy at the pool side bar was great too! ETHAN was OUTSTANDING as he helped take care of our needs!! 💖 The manager Chris is there to make sure his staff are meeting the high standards. Cannot even begin to describe how incredible our honeymoon experience at Serenity was. From our room, to the staff, to the food, everything was absolutely perfect. We had the grand romance package with an in suite plunge pool and butler. Our butler, Kert, was incredible and truly went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had the best week imaginable and that we had everything we needed at all times. He was THE BEST!! Also, a special shoutout to some other amazing staff that made our stay just as incredible was Ethan and Cornella. Thanks to all 3 of these wonderful people, we will definitely be back to stay at Serenity again to enjoy some wonderful experiences and amazing food!

We stayed at serenity in May 2024 for our honeymoon. It was an absolutely perfect and will definitely be hard to top. The service was phenomenal, the food was outstanding, the excursions were a blast. The Butler service was so nice and made our trip extra relaxing because we didn’t have to think about anything or set anything up (shoutout to Quade!). The bartenders got to know what we liked and made us speciality drinks (shoutout to Ray, Charles and Kevin!). Everyone was so friendly and always had a smile on their face. We dined at the Great house every night and never were disappointed! We have nothing negative to say about this report and staff. 1000% recommend this for your honeymoon or anniversary trip.

My husband and I both agree this was the best vacation we have ever been on. We went to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. Our butler, McGregor, was absolutely the greatest! He went above and beyond to meet our needs. McGregor went out of his way to plan a beach cabana, pool cabana and dining for us. He also led us to do an amazing excursion around the island. He made it easy to enjoy our time without having to worry about having to do all the planning. We enjoyed our time doing amazing fun activities yet still felt entirely relaxed and spoiled the whole week. Serenity as a whole is a peaceful and elegant resort. Everyone there treated us so well and always welcomed us with a smiling face. We had the pleasure of having amazing servers like Natoya, Ginel and Hannah. We were always excited to see them at the Greathouse helping us pick the most amazing meal! All in all we can’t say enough great things about our experience and we truly have McGregor to thank for helping make it the most magical experience! We cannot wait to come back and we are excited to ask for McGregor again!

Was here for our 25th wedding anniversary and had an amazing time. Our butler, Kimberly, was fantastic. She planned our entire itinerary for us based on what we told her we wanted to do. All of the staff was friendly and incredibly attentive.

My husband and I came to serenity for our honeymoon, and wow did it exceed our expectations! Literally the best vacation I’ve ever been on. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, and the private plunge pool is amazing, my husband spent so much time in it, we loved it. Big shoutout to our butler, Davidson! He was amazing and helped to make our stay so enjoyable and was always there to get us what we need! We got the grand romance package which we highly recommend and Davidson planned out the itinerary for us! The food at the Great house was amazing, loved that we could get room service and we definitely took advantage of that. The pool cabana 5-course dinner was also so amazing and our server Rissa was incredible! The drinks were SO good and love that you get premium alcohol. Big shoutout to bartenders Charles and Kevin! They made the BEST drinks and were such a good vibe! Kevin is the best hype man! The island itself is so beautiful and all the people were so nice, loved how close the resort is to the airport. we visited the sister resort coconut bay a few nights as it had more of a night life / party vibe, compared to the chill vibes at serenity. So it’s nice you get the best of both worlds! Highly recommended Serenity and we can’t wait to come back!!

We absolutely loved our stay here for our honeymoon! It checked all of our boxes-- great customer service, good food, and location. The beach was a quick golf cart ride away, lots of activities on and off the resort, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We cannot recommend our butler Mcgregor enough. he continued to go above and beyond for us throughout our stay here. We can't wait to come back again in the future! Trip Highlights: -Butler Service -Able to accommodate dietary restrictions/allergies -Excursions (our favorite was the ATV tour)

My husband and I just returned from this little piece of heaven on earth. We cannot say enough good things about this experience. The service was superior, the accommodations were lovely, romantic and pristine. We were celebrating my birthday and our butler, Davidson, went above and beyond to ensure it was extra special. Do yourself a favor and let Davidson spoil you. It was impressive that each staff member was aware of the special occasion and knew us by name. One of the must-haves is the "Johnathan Special" from the pool bar served in a freshly picked coconut. We cannot recommend this piece of paradise enough. We miss it already.
