We are both seniors who booked for 3 nights, specifying at age 88 we would need ground floor room. We arrived after 2:00 and used the note on the door for key to enter. We were on second floor and room had elevated bed area with no railing. There was no notice of how to turn on lights. There was no number to call for emergencies. When we used the stairs to go to dinner my husband suffered a bad fill landing on his head/back on the ground floor. Serious bleeding from head and arm, called a relative to get an ambulance. Admitted and treated at hospital. This is now one month and he is still recovering from injuries.

Ein echtes Schmuckstück! Geräumiges, sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die kleine Bucht. Das Team dort ist sehr freundlich und engagiert, tolles Frühstück! Die schöne Altstadt ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

What an excellent hotel and a lovely surprise in Ebeltoft. We specifically booked a hotel that was roomy and had space to spare. We were in no way disappointed in any way. The room was spacious and had everything you could want. The view of the sea was very pleasant and the room itself was very very quiet indeed. Food wasn’t bad either.
