Trivia Budget Hotel. Easy access to get to it. Free parking. Uber building. Holder Furnishings. Nice front office staff. Breakfast from 6 to 8 in the morning. And they mean 6 to 8 in the morning. Furnishings included a comfortable bed. Also included were refrigerator microwave hair dryer coffee pot. Great place to stay if you're traveling through. I’m a CLC and Diamond Elite Member and I stay about once a month (for 4 days straight) for 2 years. Over the past two years I have seen this hotel go from amazing to to the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Now, a bunch of teenagers run it and work at a glaciers pace. The cleaning staff leaves the rooms dirty and they aren’t changing the filters. They are deleting the mixture. There is a nicer guy maybe in imhis mid 50’s who ALWYS TAKES CARE OF ME but is rarely there. The employees park in the Choice Privilege Parking. I asked for late check out on my last day because worked all night. I put the do not disturb sign on abs called the front desk three times the night before. What happens at 9:15. The cleaning service knocks. I call and the two teenage girls LAIGH AND HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME. JUST SO YOU KNOW I PULLED MY TRAM OFF FROM EVER staying there again. Complained at CLC AND WE STAY AT THE MAINSTAY and will from this point moving forward. Nasty and mean teens. Please get some trained adults working at your desk. I called back to get names. No one would give me their name and o was hung up on 5 more times. UNPROFESSIONAL

NEVER GO HERE! Poor service when asked for a refund after room was VERY dirty. We had no clean towels (used from previous people), trash still in room, nasty cigarette smell. When we went in to ask for a refund the manager wasn’t there so said to call in the morning. When we called they said we were not provided a refund even though we check out the same day we checked in less than 3 hrs of staying ! we first got here checked in and dropped our stuff off and left right away. we called the next morning and the owner hung up on us when we asked for a refund or even credit for another one for future reference! very unprofessional and disgusting.

We just loved staying here. The room was so clean and comfortable. The laundry facility clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend and will stay here again. We would give them 100 stars!

I really liked this hotel - better than I expected. Yes it’s older, but it has character - headboards, furniture, etc. The front desk staff was great, bed SUPER comfortable, and great price! I would definitely recommend it, when in Midland-Odessa area.

This was an absolute nightmare. I arrived to Odessa on Thursday. It is now Saturday my room has yet to be cleaned, sheets changed. I have asked the front and I was told my room (102)would be clean. On top of the lack of cleaning services that are to be provided daily, there is BLOOD or some foreign substance on my pillows, and sheets. I had to go to Walmart to buy a blanket to lay over the top of my bed. This is absolutely unacceptable and very unsanitary. When I asked for the managers email, phone number, or another way I can contact him/her I was told I could not have that information. I am thankful I purchased my personal cleaning supplies otherwise who knows if the bathroom was cleaned prior to my arrival! As advertised on the booking website the room is supposed to have a mini-fridge and hairdryer (which is do not) so my food was spoiled because I didn’t have a proper way to store it. Overall it was a complete waste of money, when I came to the front desk about my complaint I was completely disregarded. Google needs to change this hotel rating to a 1-2 star this is outrageous. If you book here be prepared to clean your own room, ask for your own towels, and purchase your own sheets to ensure there are no substances left behind from the previous person. I stayed here 03/16-03/19/2023. The only positive outcome from this situation was Gabby the front desk clerk,she was very calm and understanding she also apologized (even though this was not her fault this is on housekeeping and management). After dealing with this nightmare I called the hotel back that following Wednesday. Not only did the manager not read the email I had sent that previous Sunday, but proceeded to ask if I asked for another room. I asked him why would I ask for another room, if the room I was in didn’t get clean in the first place and if certain rooms got cleaned. I also informed him that this is very unprofessional for one I was never issued an apology for the lack of cleaning service and for the inconvenience of the entire situation. I also told him it was insane that I had to call him three days later instead of him returned my phone call and or emailing me. This tells me that he would have never reaching out to me since I was no longer in Odessa. The conversation was so unpleasant, I told him multiple times I am not incompetent and will not stay there ever again. It is extremely sad that he said “I just want to know the situation so I can see if I need to talk to housekeeping” for one you never tell a customer that even if that is your intention. For two if a room does not get cleaned the entire time a guest is checked into that room, that is 100% an issue and should be dealt with immediately. I am not in the business of getting anyone in trouble or fired HOWEVER substances/blood being left behind is not only disgusting but extremely unsanitary.
