The customer service was lacking. It was difficult to get through to anyone, and when I did I was "disconnected" and had to call back three times. The rooms weren't great. Aesthetically, nothing matched. There were dark hairs in the tub and it was obviously unclean. The bathroom door also didn't close fully. There are no additional locks on the doors other than the deadbolt, and as a female traveler this made me VERY nervous. Skipped the breakfast and went into town as it looked underwhelming. Pool wasn't open and was still under renovation. Overall, not a good experience, and I won't be back.

This was my second stay at this property and I loved it both times. I wish I had booked a second night this time. It's cozy and quiet and the view is great too. I need to come back when it is warmer to enjoy the balcony :) Also worth mentioning is Waters Edge restaurant right down the street!

Our room was dirty and dusty. Trash bags were stored outside our room door. The bed and pillow were hard and uncomfortable. I really don’t complain much, but the Inn has potential. It needs some tender loving care.

We enjoyed our stay for two days. My only complaint was I wasn't able to bring my cup of coffee back to the room.
