Stayed for a concert at Wembley

Clean and comfortable. Nice outside seating area and free on site parking. Nearest tube is a 10 min bus ride but Mill Hill Broadway is just 5 mins walk. Breakfast is do it yourself, cereals toast, fruit juice etc.

First, it was impossible to get into this property when I arrived during checkin hours. The doorbell wasn’t working but there was no sign about that. And no phone number on the listing. After I finally started banging on the door a cleaning person let me in. There was no front desk or obvious staff during the entire stay. My wife even called ******* to try to reach someone and even THEY couldn’t find a phone number to call! Next, once I got in- no one was around to give information or answer questions. No fridge in the room, just a huge fridge in the kitchen area. I was never sure if food I put in there would be there the next day. Room was very warm, hard to sleep, with no temp control. Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep also. Bathroom light was automatic when you opened the door, which was a problem during the night bec there was no off switch. First morning, there was no breakfast out at all. I rummaged! Next days, breakfast was carb heavy, no protein except some yogurt. No eggs and no one there to ask about it. And it was unclear where to sit and eat- no table, just a counter area. All in all, not a great stay, mostly because of the lack of communication and the lack of staff to address any requests.

This place was spotless, very friendly and helpful in every possible way. Will definitely use again and recommend.......

Lovely place to stay. Clean and fresh except the kettle, which had water left in it and bits floating. Also one mug was chipped, which is never nice. The pillows were a little flat but we discovered another in the closet but an extra one each would have been appreciated. The breakfast choice was brilliant. Cereal, pastries, bread for toasting, jam, orange juice, coffee. If the above minor discrepancies were put right i would have given 5 stars. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful home in a lovely area. Very close to transportation links (the bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away), and plenty of dining options. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, which made my stay comfortable. I really like the amount of healthy breakfast options provided by the owner. Highly recommend!
