Good communication to Hendon Central and Golders Green with bus 83. Nice supermarket / restaurant next door. Sainsbury just 5 min walk. More shops, restaurants and pubs closer to colindale. Nice rooms, loved the air conditioner. Good breakfast.

The hotel's hardware facilities are OK, the only drawback is that even the unlimited speed internet is charged, and the most important thing is that the internet is still very stuck after paying, and the signal in the room is also very poor

The room is very average, and the transportation is not very convenient. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel has no gym or swimming pool. It can only be said to be a very cheap choice in London

The transportation is quite convenient, the hotel restaurant environment and food are good, but the cleaning room must be arranged by the front desk.

Yes, the bed was very comfortable. It's just that the alarm clock at check-out was very scary. I thought it was a fire alarm... I was shocked. Everything else is quite good, the surrounding area is relatively remote, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station.

The environment is comfortable and quiet, and you have to tap your card to go upstairs, so you feel safe. 24 hours check in, convenient and fast. 😊

I stayed 2 nights and over the two night 6 vans were attempted to be broke in and 1 of the van had £3000 worth of tools stolen.

Good Clean hotel. Our room was very clean with tea & coffee making facilities. Excellent TV, bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Very good Breakfast in a clean modern restaurant. Parking on-site is charged nightly for residents. Very good overall

Use to stay here before but now it definitely needs updating. Not the cleanest of rooms either especially the bathroom. Cleaners did not even clean my room even though I requested for it. Priyanka and her colleague were very friendly and helpful though. Good location but other than, I doubt I will be staying again…

Need to place 1 microwave in dinner or reception area. So the people who have kids they can warm their kids milk themselves. This is the biggest concern for premier inn. I raised this question for them. It’s very stressful to find warm milk in night time. When kids are crying and they need milk. Please place atlest 1 Microwave in breakfast area for general use. It’s helping to everyone

Hotel was fine, as expected for a premier inn. Room was nice and clean, bathroom quite dated. Check in was very long queues before a Taylor Swift concert. We were told our family room would be available when we came back from the event.... said no and demanded the room (we needed to get ready and had an 8 year old with us). Ok location, about 15 minutes from Wembley. Breakfast was ok, but a bit slow to replace cups, mugs etc. Had to keep asking staff to provide basic things for the breakfast (they seemed to be obsessed with cleaning the tables, with no-one responsible for managing the buffet area?) Would consider staying again for a concert, but don't expect too much from your stay.

DO NOT STAY IF YOU HAVE A VAN I’ve stayed in a lot of premier inns, and usually pretty good. But this one is terrible. On arrival I was told, ‘make sure there are no valuables left in your van, as it will get broken into’. Which it did, along with all other vans in the car park, apparently it happens every night, but there’s nothing they can do about it and it’s not their responsibility. And I had to pay £10 for the privilege as-well. Food was also awful, expensive, no presentation, and poor quality. Room was ok, but not to the usual standard of premier inn that I would expect for the price.

One picks this hotel not for the smashy luxury, but for value-for-money. Don't expect flashy stuff and you could be fine. Location is great for car, not so good for public transport; direct buses to Wembley and to Northern Line tube stations. Once you learn to avoid early check in time (pay 10 quid extra!) check in works fine. They have longstanding problems with their WiFi provider and indeed WiFi is patchy, barely sufficient. Room small but good AC and workable bathroom, good plush Queen beds. Breakfast is quite decent if you pick the full-English option. Continental option is too limited, next to breads and cereals and fruits only spread/jam, no cheese or cutlery for the bread. 2-star level, bringing down the overall star rating a bit. Overall good for the price.
