Location- Superb Gym - Excellent Front of House - Very poor. Didn't reflect the W service that we experienced in other countries. No smile, didn't look like she wanted to work there (Christina) , didn't brief us about what came with our reservation, ie breakfast and where to go for it. Asked for late check out at 2pm , which was granted. Thank you, however at 1.40pm , they sent someone at our door to make sure we leave the room ! Horrible and embarrassing. The deposit that they took during check in from our CC hasn't been refunded yet! Good beakfast which was from ala carte and it was the only good service we had here... thank you Ryan for the tips on Dean Village, We went there and it was beautiful. Overall -:For the money that we spent, this stay was a let down. I will not stay here again.

Great view，great breakfast. The room was large and spacious and very new. The location is very favorable.

None of us was satisfied with the staff called Camile. The manager was nice. The supervisor was nice. The other staff especially like Camile was like a newbie that likes to throw his attitude to guests. Honestly we felt like ****** and disappointed as W hotel should come with 5 star service. The facilities are good but I wouldn’t even consider W hotels in other cities. Lots of luxury brand of hotels to choose, why W 😵💫

Location is very good ,the breakfast is very nice ,Room size is good , lobby people are very helpful and friendly . my room have some problems The staff very fast to help

Really comfortable bed! The cocktails were delicious, the view was amazing and you could see all the landmarks of Edinburgh

Staff are nice but housekeeping and service are poor, and feels like they allocate unpreferred room when booking is thru agents. I will not stay at this hotel again and will reconsider booking thru agents. Thanks

I had an amazing stay at The W Edinburgh. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was cozy and clean, and the dining experience was superb. Highly recommend!

The most satisfying hotel during my trip to the UK. Breakfast is ordered, the quality is very high, and the tableware is great. The view from the roof is superb. It is very close to Calton Hill, and I watched the sunrise from the roof. My impression of Edinburgh has greatly increased

On the day of check-in, the front desk upgraded the room type because of my birthday. Every staff member was very enthusiastic. The hotel is very new, and there is still some decoration smell in the corridor. The overall stay is quite good. The hotel provides toothbrushes, slippers, etc.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There are large shopping malls around, and it is very convenient to walk around. The room facilities are complete and well maintained. Our room should be relatively new, quiet and comfortable.

The location is great, convenient to everywhere; the unique design has become a landmark, especially the terrace on the 12th floor, which is amazing, and I was lucky enough to see a rainbow. The only drawback is that there is no turndown service. I don't know if this is the case with all hotels here or what, everything else is good.
