Everything about this hotel is great except for the missing laundry room and a swimming pool if you travel with kids.

Great location, which will be good if you love Chinese food. There are many great restaurants nearby Also offer free parking!

Well maintained (for the age) hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent service from front staff and great housekeeping.

Never book this hotel, the front desk service is disgusting! I booked an executive room, and they tried to trick me into giving me a standard room. Seeing that I disagreed, they told me that they were cleaning the room, and they agreed 5 minutes later! Later I found out that I was given one less breakfast ticket. The front desk staff is inattentive and doesn't care about the guests. It makes people feel like poor relatives have come to the city!

On the first day I checked in, there were urine stains on the toilet. The configuration is OK. The breakfast buffet is very welcoming. After eating, he asked if he wanted to bring something to drink. On the last day, I had to catch an early flight, and the boss asked me to pack the food and take it away.

The location is good, life is very convenient in the small towns near New York. There is a big Korean supermarket and many Chinese restaurants. It takes an hour to drive to Columbia University. Parking is free.

The newly renovated brand hotel has good service and hardware. It is worth staying again.
