My wife and I stayed here the night before we started our trip west to California. Perfectly fine stay here. Comfort levels were all on point. Location is off the main road, which helps keep the outside noises down. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this room for after an outpatient surgery and wanted to be close to the hospital. We needed a specific type of mobility room. They were extremely accommodating for us. Thank you so much. We hope to be able to stay here for a more fun reason!

Check in was a breeze, the room was spacious and clean! Breakfast was good, my husband even commented that the waffles were much better than most hotel breakfast waffles. Lots of toppings for my oatmeal. Overall, our two nights there were very nice.

I would avoid this hotel...We go there every July 4th weekend. This year we checked in and were assigned one room. Room 1 was unmade, dirty dishes in sink and dishwasher, dirty towels in the bathroom sink and shower were also dirty, bed was unmade had been slept in. Went back to the desk and was assigned room 2. The door was adjar and the bed had been slept in. Room 3 was better than the other 2 bed made and fairly clean. The manager of this property is very unprofessional, did not contact us even after the many attmepts made by Krista, front desk agent, who went above and beyond. The breakfast is frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches, cereal, beverages, waffles, no fruit. The pool has never been open when we are there. Furniture in commom areas dirty needs a deep clean. Same in the rooms. Office chair in our room was torn and tattered. Beds were comfortable, carpeting throughout dirty. Oh trash getting off elevator first day and a half smelled like rotten saurkraut. Like I mentioned Krista was amazing, management not so much. They need a manager that knows what he is doing and has better people skills/hospitality skills. Just beaware if you should stay there.

Fire alarm went off both nights we were there at 4am. Hotel says it's "broken" and they're "looking to get it fixed" but it's "not their fault". Rooms are large with ikea quality furniture that appears 10 years old and is worn out. Elevators are sketchy and I didn't see any inspection info posted. Not where I'll stay next time...multiple options close by.

The staff was very good but this place needs an evacuation plan. The alarm went off at 4 AM and there was no power and there is no way to find the stairs in the dark. My wife is mobility handicapted and we were on the second floor and they have no way for her to get out of the building if there was a real emergency. Even 3 hours later the elevators didn't work and we were stranded. Back to the property review. The door to the bathroom from the bedroom was warped and wouldn't open and the furniture was on it's last leg. I think the door from the parking area to the loby should be unlocked during the day, it is a real pain to try to swipe your room key and go to the door 5 yards away. I really wanted to email the manager and exress my concerns but they only have the desk phone number to call and no email address and nieter does Hilton. This is a big safety problem for handicaped people that might want to stay there.

Worst Hilton Branded Hotel I have ever been to in my lifetime. The front desk agent ****** as well as the General Manager Lupe. Property not up to date with Hampton standards. DO NOT BOOK HERE! RUN!!!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel in the last 2 years while attending a sporting event in OKC. Both years our reservations were for 10-days. Be aware of who you talk to and what you're told. We checked out one day earlier than our original reservation, which was a refundable reservation. I notified the night clerk upon arriving back at the hotel the night before we checked out that we would be leaving one day early. I specifically asked, and was told, there was no problem with checking out early and I would not be charged for the 10th night. The next morning I informed the woman at the desk we were checking out a day early and was told no problem. I asked that my receipt be emailed to me. When I got the receipt the next day, it showed charges for 10 days instead of 9. I called the hotel and explained that I was overcharged. The clerk (Darryl) told me it would be brought to the manager's attention and the credit should show up on my card within 10 days. I called two weeks later because I hadn't seen the credit. Again talking to Darryl, I was met with an incredulous tone that I was lying and hadn't checked out a day early. I was grilled on who checked me out and asked to describe the woman, who I was eventually told was the manager. Darryl finally said he would talk to the manager and call me back the same day. I received no call back. Five days later I called again. Darryl told me the credit had been issued but again his tone of voice indicated he thought I was lying. I immediately checked my credit card and a credit for the one night was pending. Now, one week later the credit has been cancelled. I paid for an extra night I did not stay at this hotel when I had a refundable reservation. Each time I called I asked to speak to the manager about this issue and each time I was told she was busy, so it appeared my only recourse it to talk to the front desk clerk. Hilton has not only lost my business, but there is a group we travel with specifically to OKC that will not stay here again.

Breakfast was meh. Ice machine not working. Had several problems with room cards failing. Had to keep going down and correcting them. The staff and housekeeping were great! Without power for four hours. Not the fault of the hotel but difficult to navigate stairs, etc..
