Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast buffet was decent. No complaints

The hotel is clean and neat. The breakfast offers sufficient choices but some of them does not taste good.

Check inn and out was quick and fast, Friendly stuff.

I rented 2 rooms this time. One of the toilets was broken and could not be flushed. Breakfast is 7-10 o'clock, if you want to sleep later, don't buy breakfast.

1. Arrived at the hotel after 11:00 noon, the hotel manager said that the check-in time is 4:00 pm, which is later than other hotels. 2. The hotel manager asked me to pay another half day's rent, and I accepted the payment. And the hotel had spare rooms at the time. I have stayed in hotels in the local area and in other cities in Canada, and I have never encountered an extra fee for early check-in. 3. The hotel manager offered to check the second identity document, which I hold is very legal and valid, and I have never encountered such a situation during the trip. 4. I want to check out late. According to what happened when I checked in, I asked if I could pay half a day for my late check-out. Different staff gave me different answers, and one of them asked me to pay for another day. The rules of this hotel are changing at any time! 4. Important key points! ! ! The hotel manager is a middle-aged woman. When she checked in, her face was ashen. It doesn't matter if she doesn't smile, at least she should have a kind and friendly attitude. When I checked out, I met the manager again, and she still had an ugly face. I asked her if she was unhappy all day, and she gave a smirk. Every hotel has its own rules, which I respect. But the hotel service industry should have a certain work ethic and should make travelers feel comfortable. On the contrary, it made me feel cold and even suspect it was racial discrimination. The motherland and the people need to be stronger and more united!

Not bad, quite satisfactory

Bed sheets were nasty. Blood stains and hairs on bed sheets. Went to front desk and waited 20 minutes for someone to attend. Was horrible experience.

We had a great experience, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds, a good breakfast I would recommend this hotel to others.

The style of the hotel is older, but the decor looks to be recently updated. The lobby area was clean and the staff was welcoming. The room was clean and everything seemed pretty recently updated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I spent two nights in a room that faced away from a main roadway-both nights were very quiet. The breakfast area was large with plenty of seating. The hot breakfast choices were different each morning and there were cereal and toast options as well. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would happily return next time I’m staying in Edmonton.

Hotel is old, fairly clean, hallways are about 40 degrees. Didn’t feel super safe lots of people smoking right at the door - gross when you’re going in and out especially with kids. Breakfast is super limited.

Despite the property being older, it was clean and a warm breakfast was included which is nice.

It's very close to West Edmonton mall. However, the rest of the community is also worth exploring. The staff was excellent.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly service - the free breakfast was excellent, we will recommend this hotel to anyone we know and we will stay here again next time we’re in Edmonton!
