Room was incredibly beautiful as well as the view! Had everything I needed in it. Parking was a little bit of a struggle with a large vehicle but they made sure I had a key to the parking garage a block or two down whenever I’d need it.

Too bad, the room was downgraded, the smell did not match the actual area, it was really a fraud.

The location is good, the bed is very comfortable, and the details are very considerate

Staff was excellent. Free VIP parking and breakfast. Only downside is that Whyte Ave is busy at night....... noise cancelling ear plugs help tho!! We have stayed here several times and will again. Close to everything!

We always enjoy staying at the Mettera, it's quiet, relaxing, the staff is exceptional. Love that the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and afternoon wine. Will definitely be back ＜3

Reserved a King Studio and was notified a few hours before check in that it was not available and I was now in a premium king. Reserve price on the studio was $437 for two nights. Ended up paying $451 for the premium king..more money for a down graded room.

This is my go-to hotel when I stay in Edmonton. So much good food and drinks within walking distance.

Clean and friendly staff. Whyte Ave is full of great food, and we are originally from this area. Hotel was clean and rooms were nice! Only minor issue is parking. There is a couple public parking spots that are about 10-15 CAD a day. Hotel provides a valet parking to a garage about 2 blocks away for $25 a night.

Great stay at this hotel! Great area, great service, great breakfast. There was a lot of outside noise at night but it was Saturday night on Whyte. Keep that in mind when booking. But we would definitely stay again.

Checkin staff was nice, we had valet parking which was convenient but otherwise parking would be a pain. No restaurant on site and the ones close by were very generic. Room was nice and clean, quiet during our stay. Overall good value.

Great location. Parking not ideal as it was off site. Breakfast was really good and front desk staff very accommodating.

The property is clean and everything is tidy and well managed. The only problem is the behavior of some staff, which could be seen in any service center, but it is minor in this hotel, and even the misbehavior of a few people is compensated by the good behavior of the majority of the staff. For example, the behavior of a lady at breakfast area which is the manager was very bad and disrespectful, but a young gentleman compensated with his humble behavior, or the behavior of a gentleman and a lady at the front desk was unbearable and inappropriate, but two or three other professional receptionists compensated. The breakfast is also good and regular, but it does not have much variety. Such a poor breakfast isn’t expected from a four-star hotel, but the rest of the things are perfect.
