Great central location with friendly staff. Room upgraded for free due to Marriott membership.
Beds are very comfortable. TV has chromecast (took some time setting up).
Shower water pressure a tad on the low side w/ water saving shower head.
Parked at surface parking right beside the building ($35/night, underground parking available as well).

The hotel is relatively old, and it can be renovated, but the towels are rotten, not enough shower gel and shampoo are white tea flavors, this is a plus, but the hotel is not recommended for the same price

Deluxe room is the way to stay. The traditional rooms are a bit outdated. Staff were wonderful.

Don’t stay here. Needs renovation. Needs new carpet, towels, furniture, the plug ins don’t work for usb. If we hadn’t been here for a conference , we would have changed hotel. Definitely not the class of a Westin or Bonvoy experience. The front desk was thoughtful. The lobby is updated, which is deceiving. We booked a deluxe room, it is far from deluxe.

Staff were great! Rooms are big and hotel is very close to Rogers Arena and City Centre! Overall experience, it was very good!
